In the wake of Super Typhoon Yolanda, a monumental effort began to rebuild homes for those who lost everything. Yet, thousands of housing projects remain unfinished a decade later, leaving families in limbo. This video explores the protracted struggle to complete these projects and the lasting impact on affected communities. Intrigued by the story of these ghost towns, I traveled to the region to document their existence. Exploring one of these abandoned communities, something unimaginable happened. A resident offered to guide us through the area at night, sharing tales of the town's haunted nature. Moments later, he became possessed, an event that would change the course of this documentary.
