We're finally back! These past six months, we didn't upload anything because we were traveling a lot. We went freight train hopping in Croatia, shot a new series in Romania, but also worked on personal projects to take a creative break. Nevertheless, we still had the time to design our new 2023 Urbex Calendar during the past couple of weeks. It's now available: bwturbex.com/products/2023-urbex-calendar By purchasing this calendar, you’re helping us to track down and explore more abandoned places all over the globe. Thanks for your support!
Very happy to see you back, and to know you had a wonderful Summer filled with adventures…and returned safe and sound to share with us more of your amazing cinematography, still photos, and passion for the beauty of Nature, and the works of Man in their stages of decay and ruin.🖤🇨🇦
Man, it's been a long time. I really miss your incredible cinematography and awesome story telling. I can't wait till tomorrow. So glad you guys are back. Hope you had a awesome summer. Really look forward to seeing what you all found.
At about 16:45 I don't thing photography is that old. The first photo with people on it dates from 1838 (in Paris) so I don't think this invention spread that fast that they were able to get a photo there in Italie. Also the style of clothing is more like the 'modern' times (so 1938).
Missed you, but glad you all took time to do some personal projects. Looking forward to new explorations from you! You haven’t lost your special touch in filming and finding history! Well done!
So so happy to see more content at last. Don’t get me wrong, I’m supportive of you guys taking breaks, getting recharged, finding new inspirations. But I’ve missed the weekly or biweekly videos. No one does it like BWT! That villa is in better shape than some occupied homes I’ve seen. And what stunning countryside. Excellent work, as always, finding it and sensitively exploring. Loved the family photos. Thanks so much for bringing us back to Abandoned Italy!
Amazing to see you back with us after your 6 months break... You've been seriously missed... But! welcome back... This episode certainly reminds everyone why people should always follow you guys and watch every episode. Splendid cinematics, music, narration with indepth and intriguing stories. Awesome work, as always. Ordering the next years new Calender now.
On the Aniversary of the quake woman comes back and maintains this place and mows to keep it clean .They work on Preserving this ol village where a few hundred people lived.:)
Loved seeing Pinkie a common portrait in many people's homes. Growing up my sister had her on her wall in Texas. Plus, with Pinkie was Blue Boy. So cool to see it in Tuscany.
This was stunningly beautiful, and your photography and attention to detail is beyond compare. Your sympathy shines through…thank you for taking us there❤
Every time I look at your videos of old houses, things, the old photos of people, etc. That makes me emotional. I don't understand why we humans are so chaotic living in this very beautiful planet "EARTH" if only anytime we have to pass away leaving everything we have owned. If only we humans can live peacefully with each other then this planet is the most wonderful one in the entire universe in which someone from above have created.
Hammer!Wie findet ihr immer eine solch wundervolle Zeitkapsel wie diese? Wünsche mir, dass ich auch einmal im Leben so etwas live erleben kann.Good luck!👍😉
So schöne ästhetische einfühlsame Bilder! Ihr seid ein wunderbarer Kontrast zu den anderen lost places channels, die alles so reißerisch aufmachen, einen auf survival training men adventure machen..... künstlerisch absolut wertvoll! Danke für tollen Impressionen!🧡
That's so amazing that so much history is left behind in this home. Those black & white photos are of a family's history who had a life there. So sad that the current relatives have not taken these to keep.
So much of the furniture and miscellaneous items left behind could be salvaged , sold and aid charities and people in need of work could benefit from the proceeds. Rather than let it rot and decay. The amount of artwork and vintage furniture I notice in these videos will fetch for thousands upon thousands here in South Africa and could be put to so much great use. Really heartbreaking people either are aware of it but leave it, or that no one really cares at the end of the day. It's almost a double tragedy when the person dies and then their items are left for nothing, no one. Moral: remember you can't take your worldly possessions with you, so be mindful of what treasures you store up. 🙏
I truly admire how you explore these places with so much respect and reverence, one can really imagine that a family once lived and loved there. Bravo 👏
I have missed you, but as always, you made the wait worthwhile. It is wonderful to see you continuing to refine your skills over the years, and to see into these hidden gems we would not see without your efforts. It is always a little sad to see such a beautiful property, with so much history in its walls left to slowly break down and return to the Earth that gave it life. You are still the very best, and I thank you for sharing your vision with me.🖤🇨🇦
Hey Tamarra, nice to see you're still watching! Sorry for letting you wait, but it's very hard to edit while being on the road. We hope you enjoy the upcoming episodes!
@@bwturbex I will be watching you as long as you keep creating these beautiful experiences, and I can be patient…fine art takes time. You have never disappointed me in the years I have been with you, and I’m sure you never will.🖤🇨🇦
Yay your back😁missed your videos, looking forward to what you have in store for us.Your attention for detail and research on the places you explore makes you my favorite explorers.thank you ♥️🇨🇦
Your videos are so beautifully done. Your narration and history you take the time to discover are fabulous. It’s like I’m there immersed in the story of these places.
Thank you for your amazing content. It really makes me think how our world leaves its mark on us but when we are gone the world will swallow us and all of our things up and it will be like we were never even here. Enjoy life everyone it is really short in the end.
It's crazy no one is using this property anymore, but hearing the price they ask... now it's understandable. No wonder they aren't able to sell this. Anyway, great to have you back, looking forward to your next videos!
Amazing exploring again. I could watch your drone photography all day. I love it when you can match an old photograph to how it looks now. Calendar is ordered!
There's an air of sad forgottenness there... Beautiful old architecture... one wonders at the high price tag... What a wonderful wine cellar! Thanks for sharing, and glad you're back! Stay safe!
Once more an outstanding exploration and a very charming and personal video. It is unreal that they prefer to let such a house sit empty and to rot in Tuscany instead of lowering the price... Regarding the date of the picture: 1838 is not possible since the first camera to take any photos, called Daguerrotype, was introduced in 1839. Maybe the picture was from 1898 (which seems to fit the style and the clothing) with the 9 having deteriorated a little? Still an amazing find!
Very beautyful scenery and amazing bando. Also great to see pictures from the summer when it gets colder and darker out there. Great to have you back and looking forward for videos from you - they are always an awesome experience and make my day / evening.
A beautiful magical country side! The price is high but 26 hectors is a lot of property but sadly the buildings are too far gone for sure! What a waste! Great video guys!! 💕💙❤️
Welcome back!!!! Yay.. I have missed you all!!! What a great video to start the new adventure with!! Looking forward to the future explorations!!! Take us all to the many places you all are doing. NEVER SAY THINGS LIKE THAT.. BAD JUJU
I really enjoy your videos! The English version of the calendar says it is sold out. Will it be available again soon? Thank you for all you share and especially explaining (when possible) what happened to the owners to have abandoned these magnificent sites!
Hey! I just saw your comment (quite too late, I know 😄) Still, just wanted to let you know that there's always a certain amount of calendars every year, if they're sold out there won't be new ones. But as I said, we have some every year so feel free to get one this time! Also if you like our pictures, we got a print collection. You can find everything under bwturbex.com
Welcome back guys , glad you had a great summer. You all sure were busy. Great story as usual. I hope you realize some of us live vicariously through you. Things we just never had time to do. I have a friend who was born in Tuscany and came to America when she was young. One of the best cooks I know. Keep up the good work. It is deeply appreciated.
It's been a long summer! Good to see ur back, and what a great adventure! I saw the lady from the Piano in many of the pictures! She was aviously the matriarch of the family! I wonder if that beautiful bedroom was a shrine to her! Great video guys hope to see u again soon! Bye Sam can't wait to see the documentary on the BWT team! 💕💙💜❤️💕💙💜❤️
This is such an amazing place!!! How can there be no will or testament to be given to someone ? Goes beyond me! Wish I was one of the beneficiaries to inheritance. 😰
This ol village had a super Earthquake many people and families died and the rest that made it moved on to live some where else. Dont exact what year but it was way before we were born.
Its so sad…so much family history in that beautiful chateau…abandoned…and…slowly in ruin…with all those personal things just…left there…only ghosts in the crumbling decay….😢 Its so sad 😔
What a beautiful old mansion along with dreamy land bordering it. I would enjoy living out my remaining days on that piece of property in complete solitude. Maybe with a cat and dog 🐈⬛🐾🐈🧶🐕🐾
I like your videos thank you very much interesting, maybe you should go to Malta next, the quote a lot of abandoned in Malta, thanks keep up the good work👌😊
