That's a great find and has been abandoned for many years and is reportedly haunted 👻 so you may have heard footsteps after all. This has a great view over the valley from the upstairs balcony and rooms. Not far from Leura and Katoomba. Excellent video, well done 👏 👍
@@ellenmcaleese7004 It was a hotel at some stage and then in 1970 was converted into a nursing home. Also, I knew someone who used to work there who told me some stories about it. It closed when it failed to pass the standard nursing home regulation test.
