It's so creepy but I love it. The tool mod is great for builds like this. Love the tree house. I don't even want to know what went on in that house especially the creepy basement. Best I've seen. Excellent job :)

You used the toolmod throughout the whole build right? Must've been a crazy amount of work I'm seriously blown away. I really hope you consider making speedbuilds and voiceovers in the future (that's where the money is! :D) because if you did you'd be one of the famous big sims youtubers in no time. You're already much more talented than james, lilsimsie, Deligcracy and so forth. You deserve the fame and the money and I sincerely hope you'll get it.

this is one of the best builds I've ever seen. I like this aesthetic much more than what can be found easily. i love to go into abandoned houses. have you gone into abandoned houses before? this doesnt look overdone. it looks just right, like you have spent time inside as well. which mod did you use to get the chairs and fridge door to fall over on the floor? and the stains on the bedspread? and dust falling from the ceiling? I see you have a couple mods listed. I have omsp! (just downloaded sims 4 last month) the editing is very good too (:

Their mods are amazing!! The dust falling effect is using the item called stage effect from Get Famous! (I'm amazed at how you noticed those little details I put 😭) I use those three mods the most when building! I hope I answered all your questions! I don't think I've ever seen such a versatile build that actually offers gameplay in terms of renovating. I just downloaded this house in prep for the paranormal stuff pack and it'll be perfect once I declutter it a bit to enable smooth routing to clean up all the ghastly stuff that will appear. Wonderful job!
Omfg... I can't even describe the amount of love I have for this build. I saved this video because I am most definitely gonna use it for an idea that came up as I was watching it. I don't know if you've ever seen Twilight but I am so invisioning Edward Masen-his old name before he was changed by Carlisle-in his rebellious years. He returns to his old home and lives there while he feeds the way he wants. Traits being Self-Assured because he thought he was doing right thing and feeding the proper way, Hot-Headed because newborn vampire emotions and whatnot, Unflirty because in the future, he's literally a one hundred year old virgin LMAO.
