I was a flight attendant on one of your flights and mind you, I’ve been watching you before you even got married and had Lucy! I was 15 yrs. then more or les when I started watching you. I always wondered if I would ever see you in one of my flights because I’m based where you live and that day I was really star struck! I just want to let you know that you’re an amazing mom. You made and make everything so effortless like you were meant to be a mom. You’re beautiful in person! And Lucy is soooo beautiful in person oh my gosh she’s breathtaking! I didn’t say anything because I was working and didn’t want to make you and Grant feel weird but you inspire me! ♥️

Hey Leigh Ann ❤ Omgosh you are a incredibly selfless mama. I haven’t had but 5min to watch so far yet something was tugging on my heart as I watched. I’ve been watching you since you started make up back in H town. You’ve come so far since then and have such an amazing family. I’ve known a few women who come to mind including myself who have been through high stress situations in life that is out of our control. Usually our bodies hold up good for us during that fight or flight (mine for 5yrs) then my health kinda fell apart. What I’m trying to say is sometimes our bodies are in such fight or flight that when it’s ok to relax stuff hits the fan. Treat your body like the goddess it is & I pray your getting the help you need as well that’s all. God bless yall!!! Can’t wait to watch the rest later 😂

We stayed in an AirBnB/apartment set up like that in Austin and it was amazing! It was a multi family trip, so we could all stay together and hangout together, but then go to our own separate spaces. It’s such a perfect set up

ER trips with baby are so tough. My newborn was admitted to the children’s hospital two weekends in a row (just weeks after a NICU stay). It’s hard, but yes you learn so much and become such a good advocate for your child

I just have to say, I can’t imagine going through everything you go through and still showing up with a smile on your face. It’s truly AMAZING. After a sleepless night with an ER visit, a morning of appointments, and still needing to pack then everything with the flight!!! You’re an angel

That's one reason I'm happy I moved to Colorado, the mountains! The forests and mountains here are GORGEOUS!! I'm happy Lucy is better, it's never a fun time with a sick kiddo. I'm always just in awe of you and Grant's positive powers! I'm a single mom of a beautiful and amazing autistic daughter, I can empathize with how hard things can get... but it's so WORTH it!

I know what you mean about the mountains. My husband's folks are from the Black Hills in SD. I am from (and we are living in) FL. It's just this little city tucked up in the hills, but it is absolutely magical. Every time we visit I fall in love all over again.

Haha the snow seems so little. I am in Canada. We are on our second snow day in row almost 60 cm with a third day of snow forecasted tomorrow. Very different. Can’t imagine ever being excited to see snow. Glad you enjoyed it

When I do elec work I always hooked up with the incandescent bulbs that the customer had picked out and now that most of the world has caught up I am finally getting used to turning on and checking to make sure I have the right bulb in my inventory it’s like when I worked with my father I trusted him to turn off the power before I worked on the circuit and I be darned he never shut off the breaker in the panel and guess what? Yep I would get the 110 volt zap and now I have smartened up never to assume he did the same thing now I always check myself ! If you ever have gotten shocked by current well it’s is life changing for a second now I it took me that long to you get the point😵‍💫♥️♥️

I must say, I live in an area of NC where our backdrop is mountains and the view really doesn’t ever get old. It does bring the magic to even the most ordinary of scenes. NC is sort of special in that we have mountains and ocean and gorgeous fields all in the same state, so if y’all ever decide to relocate, keep us in mind. Oh, and we have several of the world’s most advanced hospital systems which could help take care of Lucy Bug. ❤

I'm so glad you got to all be together and experience snow since you're not used to it. I'm from Romania, we have snow every winter more or less, so it's not a big deal (it might even be a nuisance sometimes). But seeing Lucy experiencing it and enjoying it is so precious. ❤ Lots of love and prayers for you! 🤗 P. S. I also love the type of "airbnb hotel". In Europe it is called aparthotel and it's really convenient.

I have lived in mountains all my life. What I can't imagine is living on flat land with no trees. I am not a city girl ever. I have lived in Reno and Sparks. I was a cocktail waitress back when slot machines were fun and spit out real money. Not a gambler so I didn't lose money but that scene was definitely not for me. I headed back to the mountains and never looked back. Glad you all got the rest you needed. You need it for all you have to do. Take care.

As someone who has half my family in Reno/Sparks I was feeling for you guys spending a whole week there 😬😂 As soon as you were talking the ghost mall I knew exactly where you went because I use to go to the library there all the time lol. So glad the atmospheric river/pineapple express storm that came through here gave you guys lots of fun snow! It was quite a crazy storm!

My sister lives in Calgary AB(Canada) it’s so pretty and Banff is relatively close which is equally as beautiful. I love snow. But I’m over it lol end of January we got -47c

I know it doesn't seem like it now, but from one medical mama to another, things will slow down. There was a time when we were in constant fire alert season, especially between both of my boys. But, they are 9 and 10 now and its easier.
