Wow, this is an amazing presentation. Listening to this with the right frame of mind is vipassana in action. The presenter uses words that makes the process of the five aggregates come alive, explicit and clear. This is vipassana.

Hello Bro Billy Tan, I'm interested in downloading the information about the particular meditations (especially repulsiveness of the body) But I'm not able to access it due to the google drive restrictions. Would highly appreciate it if you shared it with me! I sent an access request through drive.

In Hinduism:- There are the 5 Yamas and Niyamas? The five yamas ask practitioners to avoid violence, lying, stealing, wasting energy, and possessiveness, while the five niyamas ask us to embrace cleanliness and contentment, to purify ourselves through heat, to continually study and observe our habits, and to surrender to something greater than ourselves.

Thank you for the great work, I have been searching for something like this for years. Do you have any other presentation that includes the stages of the whole process that cause the rebirth cycle ? It includes ignorance together with the 6 sense doors and the process of cognition, perception and reaction too, altogether about 12 stages if I am not mistaken.

its better to explain direct what is 5 hindrances 1) Sensory desire (kāmacchanda): the particular type of wanting that seeks for happiness through the five senses of sight, sound, smell, taste and physical feeling. ( 2)Ill-will (vyāpāda; also spelled byāpāda): all kinds of thought related to wanting to reject; feelings of hostility, resentment, hatred and bitterness. ( 3) Sloth-and-torpor (thīna-middha): heaviness of body and dullness of mind which drag one down into disabling inertia and thick depression. (4) Restlessness-and-worry (uddhacca-kukkucca): the inability to calm the mind. (5) Doubt (vicikicchā): lack of conviction or trust.
