This is the last video of this tutorial.
If you're looking to learn more about FE modelling techniques, this is the video you need to watch! We'll be diving deeper into the use of FE techniques to model components of the Steel-Concrete Composite RWS Seismic Connection. By the end of this video, you'll have a better understanding of how to use FE techniques to model complex structures and components!

Please tell me how to model RC wall under cyclic load in Abaqus with considering pinching effect???

Hi, although we are working mainly for steel-concrete Composite systems, our slabs have steel reinforcement. So you will have to use the same approach of modelling the slabs, but vertically to simulate a shear wall. I guess you will be then executing a cyclic loading since your want to record pinching. We have also executed a cyclic loading from the seismic SAC protocol.

Sir how to model a v shaped shear connector in abaqus like the angle at which that is modelled is not known can u help me with some video on modelling a shear connector

@@anishkapriyasuresh1426 Have you seen the full tutorial here and the other two: www.youtube.com/@KDTsavdaridis/playlists ? We have modelled shear studs but no V-shaped ones. Yet the process is exactly the same.

To consider pinching, You need to write a UMAT code for material
