@@flfar3445 I was never a huge ABBA fan, so I can't consider myself part of their fan base. However, as with many bands, there is an occasional diamond that sparkles in a way that gets my attention. Certainly not their only song that I find palatable, but this one hit a chord with me many years ago and I find it's still resonating.
Is there any other band in history who has written and sung songs like these? Just look at the rhythm.. look at the lyrics... and one is overawed by the sheer genius of ABBA. I think there has been none other like these guys and never will be. Agreed?
This song was so ahead of it's time it was overlooked a bit in 1980, when disco was going out of fashion and new wave took over, This was really the first trance dance track.
OMG, how many times did I dance to this song in Dallas gay clubs back in the early 80s. Super Trooper was an awesome album. And the end of that era was The Visitors. I'm dancing around my bedroom with my wireless headphones on! haha
I absolutely love this song. The ending synth piece is just amazing. I listened to this song over and over in a 40 minute drive yesterday. Not too many songs can get me to do that.

My aunt passed away when i was 10. i remember listening to ABBA in car whenever we would have sleepovers or i would go out with her. Now listening to this 8 years later, being 18, its such a happy memory to look back on. I hope she would be proud of the person i have become.

I feel like ABBA isn't getting remembered. I showed my playlist to my friends (ABBA, Earth, Wind, & fire, Toploader and ScissorSisters) And they hated it, And I feel like i'm the only person in my class (I'm 11) That remembers these Musical geniuses :(
My mother introduced ABBA to me- She was a big fan of their band when they started producing and now, to this day, she says that one of her favorite movies is "MAMA MIA~!" because they use primarily ABBA songs!
