I believe this is far from truth. They are not jealous and indeed both are equally talented ladies. We should enjoy and appreciate their music and leave them alone. ABBA forever!

Aggie was of course gorgeous but Frida was JUST AS gorgeous!!! Nuff said.

I was lucky enough to see ABBA live in 1979 (Wembley Arena, England,) and as Frida was my favourite, I watched her more than the others. I did not see anything that would suggest there was any jealousy or ill feeling between Frida and Agnetha.

They’ve both said they were competitive, but made their performances even better. Leave them alone!!!

Both Agnetha and Frida looked fantastic while they were young. They still look great nowadays. Speaking of their personal lives, I don't think Frida was jealous. Frida did have a very hard life, full of tragedies. But Agnetha also had troubled life. But who doesn't. They are also just humans like we are. Who are we to judge anyone. Not true at all, Frida had no need to feel jealous, she has a glorious voice, listen to THE VISITORS, most of vocals are hers, Like an Angel walking through my room, and many more. Frida called Agnetha her little sister, as she is 5 years older ❤️

Ok stop acting like Agnetha was the star of ABBA . Frida sang just as well. Was trained in opera and jazz. She was sooo much better live. Agnetha was the shy recluse one not Frida. Frida was drop dead gorgeous too. Frida and Agnetha never fueded. They considered each as sisters. Frida also loved clothes and went to design school in Stockholm for a back up career. A trained seamstress and master knitter, she made lots of maternity clothes for Aggie when she complained how ugly others were to buy.

As far as looks Anni Frid was very attractive. Agnetha's pale blond hair may have made her more striking but not necessarily prettier. I agree Anni Frid's reserved nature may have had something to do with her not having the spotlight on her.

In fact, once videos of their early performances started appearing online, MANY thought Frida was as beautiful, and even more beautiful, than Agnetha. There are sites where comments about Frida's beauty outnumber those of Agnetha by hundreds. Online comments from some people who met them both said they found Frida more attractive. This takes nothing away from Agnetha. She was, indeed, very lovely and a talented singer and, of course, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. But Frida was just as talented and certainly as well trained as Agnetha. Still, Frida was subject to many unkind comments, including 'ugly' (which was absolutely untrue), untalented, bad hair, a showoff, an unnecessary member, an unfit mother, a terrible singer, a terrible dresser, jealous, bad tempered, even a Nazi. Whenever anyone defended her over these untruths, they would usually be caustically criticized by Agnetha fans. In truth, Frida was very beautiful, extremely talented, every bit as experienced as the younger Agnetha, and an integral, essential member of ABBA. Why she was subject to so much unreasonable, unnecessary criticism is unexplainable.

I think it’s about how much the press went nuts about the blond young woman was causing a bunfight in the media.I remember the scene in that movie where the so called journalist was asking what was it like to be voted the best bum in the world.And Frieda was sitting next to her if she she had been my wife,i would have been furious and had it removed from the show.I have always been a fan of hers.I think she is extremely talented and very beautiful.And always threw her self into her performances.Allan

Frida despised the crap about Agnetha’s bottom. Maybe there was some jealousy but with what life threw at both woman, they are very close now. But they were mad at Bjorn and Benny for a long time after the band split. Don’t blame them when both men were insensitive bastards before and after divorce. I do believe the girls indicated for Voyage they would not tour, do tv interviews etc.

People also conveniently forget that Ulvaeus and Anderson were mates forever. Agnetha and Frida were strangers to each other and suddenly had to work together in a close-knit way from 1972 onwards. Agnetha and Frida's personalities were different, Agnetha called herself a 'day person' whereas Frida likes parties and the nightlife. Also though both had kids, Frida was in the unusual position for back then by not being their primary carer, making this another difference instead of talking point in common. But I know they supported each other, they say so, and both were in the same position of being usurped by the men they were married to in the group and likely supported each other over that, but to be confronted this you don't get on crap, please! Of course they were humans on the first place. Feelings like Agnetha feeling jealous on Fridas stage presence and Frida competing for the admiration of the audience ist quite natural. How can harmonie, love be compared to a battle of a dictator? I would add further songs like "Under Attack" that illustrates Agnethas fate with her stalking lover. Agnetha was jealous of Frida's powerful stage presence and voice. Agnetha was weak and missed elemental strength. Frida had the statute of a beauty queen with a unique voice. Everyone can hear her presence in Dancing Queen, Waterloo, take a chance on me, etc. She was no one's shadow. Quite the contrary, her artistic contribution brought them to success.

Agnetha was the “star” & incredibly sexy/ beautiful. Frida was second fiddle IMO but she had a sad family history & older than Agnetha. I don’t think Agnetha was that friendly. Frida has been so kind to Agnetha recently.
