Abbeyfield House Danger Tree Removal 

Removal of a large willow tree on the property of Abbeyfield House, a non-profit senior housing facility in Vernon, B.C. became necessary after vagrants severely damaged the tree by igniting a fire at it's base. EcoScape Environmental Consultants assessed the tree as a "danger tree". They assisted in obtaining the required permits, conducted an avian nesting survey and monitored the removal of the tree by the crew of Green Giant Tree Removal. Kalamalka Rotary Club provided funding from their Dream Auction fund.
