Abbot Gregory Boquet 

The Benedictine monks of St. Joseph Abbey gathered July 14, 2023, at their monastery in St. Benedict, Louisiana, to elect the sixth abbot in the community's history. Abbot Gregory Boquet, who has served for the last 25 years as rector of St. Joseph Seminary College, was elected to succeed Abbot Justin Brown, who had led the monks since 2001.
