Better mother/daughter relationship than clarke/Abby is ! Raven saw in Abby the aspects of her mother she didn’t have And Abby wanted to protect her at any cost (when she must take the chip to save Raven is gorgeous of devotion)
Their bond is very much stepmom & stepdaughter in this storyline the show has- that's one of my very favorite things in that series... in a lot of ways that helps me to grasp how Our Lady, the Blessed Virgin Mary would see us, in a lot of ways the same way Abby sees Raven in this show- for the relationship is very similar indeed... she kind of took over the job of "mom" to her over the days they spent on the station in orbit in the show.
Actually they have really a good chemistry both romantic and mother/daughter. Edit : For people who called ROMANTIC is disgusting ... it’s ok when young girls falling in love with older men but not ok in this case ?.
everyone said we can't ship a woman of 40+ such as Abby with raven who was only 20+ but okay everyone can ship who they want ship, and it's like a lot of série like this, in you me her, they are a ship of izzy and Emma and one of them are 35+ so yah, raven and Abby are cute together, even if I rly ship sm KABBY. And I want raven with murphy:)
Addendum to previous comment: that kind of situation wasn't all that unusual in world history, especially prior to good quality antibiotics, something both Abby and her daughter, Clarke, would be familiar with. As for the show: it's a redoing of the colonization of the New World in a lot of ways, set in the future, but in a lot of ways a complete redo of that, and I personally guess that the show's writers referenced that when explaining the situation to their film workers who were playing the parts in the television show, I really do believe that.
Did any of you forget that Abby and Raven characters are supposed to be together😂😂but their mother and daughter relationship was one of my fav relationship in the100 including Clexa and The Blake
i don´t think we sould ship them like romantically, i mean that is weird, i ship them like mother and daughter, but i want really want a boyfriend for raven i mean, 4 seasons and she still alone.
Nooo 😭 they are definitely not in a romantic relationship and that would be weird-the age difference would be horrible and they’re like mother and daughter.
