Abby is a hard worker, fast, and so down to earth. It's not only a pleasure seeing her compete, but also listening to her interviews.❤

I saw a slight speed correction on that last curve. If not for that Abby would have this 300 record. Go Abby!!!!!!

Just 0.1s off Shaunae's 35.45 WR! Brittany Brown looked pretty good for most of the race and at this early stage is looking the most likely to make that 3rd spot in the US WC 200m Team behind Gabby & Abby. Jenna similar to last year needs a lot of speed endurance work just to challenge the likes of Brittany, Tamara & Anavia!

Shaunae is the CO-record holder. Irina Privalova ran 35.45 FIRST.

You can see her body is already leaning down and will continue as she trains and it will be nice to see how her times cone down as well.

I noticed that as well. You can clearly see her abs are more ripped this year.

300 m is nonsense. 200 m or 400 m are standards

200m or 400m are so pharmaceutical touched times, so 300m are really good to go👍👍

I think Jenna made a mistake in switching coaches/trainers
@nateoliver2372
@nateoliver2372 Год назад
Way too early to determine that
@fbi805
@fbi805 Год назад
@@nateoliver2372 for someone like me who trains athletes, it is not to early to see that. I understand their is a period of adjustment for athletes to learn new training methods but Jenna’s been with Kersey for 3 months now which is more than enough time to adjust to this style of training.
@nateoliver2372
@nateoliver2372 Год назад
@@fbi805 Being a trainer of athletes is immaterial to the point. You're no Bobby Kersee (no offense)and you don't know where Jenna is in her training. Making a such a judgement in February when teams are to be made in June and July is silly. I'd wait until May the earliest to make such judgments. Otherwise it comes off as impatient.
@fbi805
@fbi805 Год назад
@@nateoliver2372 dude you really don’t know much about athletes do you? Oh and being a trainer is very material to this point. I know Jenna turns 31 this year so age will start playing a roll, but compared to her indoor events as well as her training from last year she got slower. I don’t need to be nor do I want to be Bobby Kersee. Jenna switching coaches this late in her track career was and is not a very good decision for her.
@nateoliver2372
@nateoliver2372 Год назад
@@fbi805 Dude yes, it's s immaterial to the point because you haven't even qualified what caliber of athletes you train, nor have you indicated how successful your athletes are on any given stage, so YOUR knowledge of athletes and how they acclimate to training is called into question, not mine. And You still haven't considered where Jenna (and Kendra by extension) are in their training and if they in fact are training through these meets. What Jenna ran last year under Flo means nothing because she's with Bobby now. Apples and oranges. Jenna has another 5+ years of sprinting in her if she wants to. 30 y.o. is no longer "the beginning of the end" like was initially thought. Too many elite track athletes have proven that. Carl, Joyner Kersee, Ottey, Devers, Felix, Gatlin, Kim Collins, Dawn Harper, Muhammad, Fraser Pryce etc. (And half of these athletes I listed were coached by Kersee...) Just be patient.
