You cannot compel society to place the same interest in all activities. Amy Wanbach's level of play does not come anywhere near Cristiano Ronaldo or Messi. Most times the top female soccer teams cannot hold their own against competitive U15 boys teams. There are natural advantages males have when it comes to athletic ability. The difference in interest and the difference in income generated by male sports comes from the natural differences that give males greater athletic ability for most sports.
