I used to weight 87 kg last year now im 58/59kg; it worked for me BUT note that every body is different- it took me a year to drop to 58kg and this is quite a long time. I had a shake stirred with water* not milk or fruits added, had a normal salad+grilled meat/fish based lunch and seeds/nuts and berries as snacks; BUT im very curious to make a set of blood tests and see how my liver is...there are quite a nr of doctors assuming Herbalife attacks the liver- i got no medical experience so im very curious myself; dont take any diet for granted ur body is unique and diffrent from other ppl; i did it bcus i couldnt breathe properly bcus of the amount of fat; try with baby steps not to hate ur body its not your fault-obesity is a mental health problem and your stress and anxiety are VALID; even if u dont engage in a diet and choose an apple over a bag of chips u should be VERY proud of yourself- change doesnt happen overnight its only up to you; you had a healthy meal and then u cheated? Go ahead and do what feels ok to your body but try and be mindful of ur health 💙

This video was intended to be negative for people who do not like Herbalife or any network marketing company for that matter. I've tried herbalife, followed the shake and meal plans, in a 3 month span I looked better. I still folllow everything because it's a thing that works.
Do you know math very well? if yes, I want you to divide 44 which is the cost for a shake by 30 which is the amt of days and see how much you would pay for one balance liguid meal.
The thing I love with herbalife too, at least where I go they help me with my diet too, they don't just give me the shake. They're actually care, and I see a doctor just in case about it. Also if you pay 5$ for the shake you can work out for free anytime you want.
It's a protein shake. That's all it is. It's supposed to be marketed as something that can help your diet (ie. drinking it in trade of a full meal), along with educating its users on how to live a healthy lifestyle with balanced meals, proper exercise, and rest. My mom uses Herbalife. She wasn't obese, only a bit overweight. The little Herbalife club she's in helped her lose a lot of weight.
I'm an Independent Herbalife distributor and coach and I must speak about my results whilst using the products. They actually work and I feel great. The industry is so foul that anybody making money besides them is a schemer and a scammer. DISCLAIMER *** Ok but seriously I am not promoting this product or selling it … I did consume it and I don’t know if the products may of helped a bit or if it was a big coincidence but I have pcos and didn’t have periods for so long .. I got on Herbalife shakes and lost 40 pounds in 6 weeks .. got a period and pregnant 4 months after taking this product , I think people were just telling their stories bc it definitely helps different people with different problems .
I have been drinking Herbalife for 8 years now on and off and I watched my mom drink it and lose so much weight. She was skinnier than me at one point and she has a younger glow in her face because she has more energy due to her having the right nutrition in her body. That being said, Herbalife has helped me lose weight and have a healthy digestive system. I don't sell it but I'm a consumer who is very pleased with the results
Fantastic powder it gave me a big tension in my heart after I mix it with juice like I was told but still without revolving it completely! Of course it was a small cup! I could not jogg, could bearly walk, it was a nightmare that lasted a week or so! Maybe a little less 4 days who knows, I can really remember that was 6 years ago, it was the last time I drinked that! This product is bad for your health it's not supossed to give alergic reactions like heart tension! Weird enough the first times I drank it didn't do anything!!! But now I know it's components are too strong, I felt as someone was compressing my chest with a huge hammer! I prefer having an oatmeal always! Still I didn't need this I only wanted the product to make me muscular, along my workouts because it was recomended as a suplement! So wrong I was!

I have used it,lost weight and I understood that eating healthy is what makes you feel good.I have nothing but good words to say about it.At the time you reach the weight you want,you already know and are able to get into a healthy "eating style" so to speak.Someone here says that we should know that in order to lose weight it's all about the calories deficit.True, but replacing a meal with a shake wasn't bad at all for me,since I work a lot,and was easy to prepare and has nutritious value.Once I stopped taking the shake,I replaced them with quick,healthy meals,that they've actually taught me about,when I started the program.I love Herbalife. :)
I replace only breakfast and doing 16:8 fasting,drink at least 2L water a day,eat healthy food and do excercise（yoga,pilate,trampoline）,and i do loss weigh,using any products or herbalife,you do have to change your life style to,if i doest works

Well, when the person is overweight and they switch to herbal life, it does make them lose weight. Like me for instance, I just joined a 21 day weightloss challenge, had to be on 2 herbal life products, and I lost 5lbs in the first week. I have to change my whole diet, cut sugar out, low calorie, good carbs, and low fat food.
I have been drinking and using Herbalife facial products for the past 15 years. It's the best I have ever tasted and my 94 year old mom also drinks the strawberry shakes. I cant say anything bad about the company. I'm not going to stop anytime soon.
Wow the media twisted a lot, I just started Herbalife. I'm not recruiting people, I dont want to follow the business part but just change my lifestyle. I am anaemic and if I am not then its because I changed my eating habits and have become more active. My trainer/coach never forced me to buy any of the products or never forced me to find clients for myself or them. They are seriously helping me out. The products do curb your hunger, but its not all your eating/drinking. I eat real food, my trainer is a real person who comes to the gym with me when I need her. She answers all my questions and I've made new encouraging friends. This last year I've been a hobbit and ignoring everyone. I decided to change, I decided to use their products, and if I am no longer anaemic its not because of the products, its because of the choices I made and the encouragement I get from them to keep going.

No, I've felt perfectly fine. I posted that April 4th. I feel a lot better, more energetic, 23 pounds down. I've been doing really good with these products. My mother who has a under active thyroid is also using the products and she says she has no problems with the products.

Honestly nothing out there will help you . Change your way of eating and that’s does the trick . I’ve had acid reflux most of my adult life and all I did is quit eating fried food eating 100% organic and eating more fiber and I’m free of stomach issues .

I see nothing wrong with sharing information with others on something that worked for yourself. Then is up to them to determine if it might be worthy of their own trial. Get of their backs. Me and a friend did Herbalife shakes together and we both would get bad stomach cramps and constipation, then one day when I went to wash my cup I noticed the protein had completely hardened and solidified, that’s when I decided I’m not putting this in my body anymore

Its Not a pyramid scheme because you sell the products and show others how to do the same. When you become a member you get 25% off your personal products. It is really hard for the average person to get to the 50% level with out recruiting others. I have never been able to do it and I have been in business since 2006. I have made a little extra income.

My thoughts have always been that if you make more money from signing up new people than you do from the products you sell, then it is a pyramid scheme.
I don't think selling products that other people want and need is a bad thing.mWhen you work at any job your boss will always make money on your work. At least with Herbalife you earn what your worth based on skill and hard work. And my distributors can always make more money than me as long as they work harder than me, as over 60% or more of distributors make more than their sponsors.

Efooo82 I have nothing against your products, or the company, it has helped millions of people and is a good thing according to a lot of them. The issue as I mentioned above is when you are making more money from signups on all levels, than from the products you sell. Even if that money is donated, it is still revenue.
It is not that Herbalife makes you pregnant, when you feed your body the right nutrition (the Herbalife products and the nutrients it has in it), your body will react in a way which if you fed it crap, you would get various medical issues and feel sluggish. My friend has polycystic ovarian syndrome and could not fall pregnant for 7 years and needed to drop the weight, when she jumped on her first 5 day program, she lost 1kg which she never could do in the 7 years and she continued and dropped more weight and was able to fall pregnant and have a beautiful baby girl.
So a lady offered me an herbalife bundle deal for like 100 dollars that would last me a week or so. haha bitch was tripping! That's why I will continue using steroids... 😂

I was about to signup for herbalife today and realized they are not taking any responsibility in their terms and conditions and you cant even go to a court according to their terms and conditions atleast in India. I worry about how its tested and ober the years what effects it is going to have on someone why am I taking all the responsibility by giving my personal identity to attestating a form that says I am responsible for everything. I thought this was fishy. Also if you want to refer someone you have to apply and get a fssai certificate, man whats that? I dont even know what the composition is how am I responsible to sell it to someone under my registered license. Let it be a legitimate product but do ppl know what they are actually signing and pledging their fssai license in distributing these products? Why do I need a fssai to get referral brokerage commission? Anither fishy thing was the price. Afresh MRP is around INR 700. You can never buy it without becoming a preferred customer. If you are a preferred customer you get a 25% discount around Rs. 530. Then where in the picture is INR 700? Marketing strategy? I withdrew signing up. But if you ask them these type of tricky qns they just ask you dont buy if you are not interested. Fine then what about the community? What about ppl who eat due to lack of awareness? Last thing if you are a preferred customer or an associate howmuch ever you could earn please go back and read the terms and conditions and understand the risk you are standing yourself and others whom you are referring. you really dont need this to lose weight, all you need is a caloric deficit(burn off more than you take in over time) and exercise!!! Their is no easy route or shortcut, no magic drink or pill.
Nothing but amazing things to say about Herbalife and the products. I've tried every weight loss diet available in the UK and honestly this was the only one that worked for me. Yes you need to exercise and eat balanced meals still but in terms of weight loss, the morning shake they sell really stated my journey and helped me no end.

Im a distributor in herbalife and this company has provided nothing but greatness to my life with the best results and the greatest help with personal development. Us distributors are helping people become the greatest they can be not harming them. Hate how people can say horrible things about a great company.
