Building homes at an elevation below 200 ft above sea level should be illegal. The whole country is getting tired of having to pay to continually rebuild Houston because they were foolish enough to build in a flood zone. FEMA should only be for unforeseen emergencies not predictable ones.

the majority of people all over the world live along coasts. I don't even think about the ocean most days but it's 13 miles away and my apartment sits right on the line where a tsunami would crest and fall back. i didn't move here to be near the coast but to take a good paying job. most people are where they are for reasons only partly in their control. I agree though, New Orleans should not have been rebuilt but relocated 50 miles inland

Where the default career path is to borrow 100k right out of high school to major in a field of minimal economic value, then beg big daddy government to bail them out. 2/3 of Americans are either living paycheck-to-paycheck or leeching off of hardworking taxpayers. Meanwhile, the people at the top don't actually pay any taxes. Not even the self-proclaimed billionaire and former President Trump. He flies around in his jumbo jet just laughing at us all. Everyone at Trump's rallies pay more tax than he does. How F'ed up is that? It's only a matter of time before this house of cards comes crashing down. But, China's economy is crashing first. And, A.I. will boost productivity in America, so that'll buy us a few more decades of fun. We might as well kickback with a cold brew and relax while the angry mobs wave signs and throw fireworks at each other as if that'll change anything. Cheers! 🍻

The laws governing peaceful protest are clear and they should be enforced. Federal funding should be revoked for any campus that is turning a blind eye to them. The country should go on a public service campaign of educating people on the history of the conflict, the history of the Islamic Revolution and the rise of terrorism.

Sen Kelly said Jewish students should feel safe on campus, I say all students should feel equally safe on campus, no exceptions or preferences. Sen. Kelly, shouldn't the residents of Gaza not be safe in their homes? The social media has done a commendable job of exposing biases and exposing many types of bigotry, racism, biases, and bigots.

TO any ISRAELIS and JEWISH students reading this, I am reaching out to all of you. I am not Jewish, BUT I SUPPORT ISRAEL 🇮🇱! You are NOT ALONE. There MANY SUPPORTERS out there who are not Jews.
