Quality isn't important to the people who are running the companies today. They are more interested in stock buy back and spending as little as possible to make the planes. The buy back is how they inflate the value of the company without creating anything of value. It's how an lot of companies are running themselves and how they end up folding. Especially when another company buys them but they barrow the money against the company and the company ends up bought but also stuck in debt to the amount it cost to buy it. Basically imagine borrowing money to buy an company but being no risk to yourself because the company now in debt for multi millions. They are then told they need to strip the company because they owe money and also barrow money to make changes. A lot of people involved make money and a lot of companies end up folding and going bankrupt. So many USA companies have been lost this way.

Oh boy going to be a rough weather night. I live in Illinois. We are expected to get this weather while people are going to be sleeping. I have a weather alert radio that will wake me in an emergency. Best $40.00 dollars spent. If you live in a rural area like I’d do get one.
I really feel for the ppl who live East of the Rocky Mountains they always seem to have weather issues. Here in Maricopa County it was a sunny and breezy 81° today.

thank you for that, & as I myself have been feeling kind of up under the weather lately for a rather extensive time-frame-period unfortunately, & as I myself suspect that this one particular main neighbor from damn hell being of a local vicinity area drug-pusher could possibly have played a major part in the way that I myself am feeling now. &, but then have you ever viewed any documentaries about how certain neighbors trespass other neighbors' place of residence, & then from there add an extra ingredient/s to the leftovers in their neighbors' refrigerators without their knowledge as well as without their permission? a white-girl had done, or did that to her roommate of a black, or hispanic sista in a college, or university dorm, or rather correction to her roommate's toothbrush, & made her sick, & then whereas her roommate only found out about the foul deed after the perp of the other female, or woman roommate had posted her actions being of which she herself had bragged about upon some, or such social-media, ...

Years, and years ago, at the "Ticket Counter", they use to ask the person receiving the Ticket if they wanted "Smoking or Non-Smoking" (see the movie "Airplane" to get an idea about this)! This practice was stopped, when these newer last few Decades when smoking was stopped on Airplanes. Now days, Airlines using Boeing Products should maybe start thinking about restarting this practice of asking "Smoking or Non-Smoking" when people picking up Tickets, no not to smoke a Cigarette, BUT to get on a Flight with an Engine "Smoking or Not"!

If the particular airline has been flying for years, then there was something that prevented the part to properly close. That may have been intentional or not. No other way to explain the failure.
What about the other side? What about the People of Gaza who are being starved to death? 34,000 deaths, 14,000 children? @farhanahmed11 direct your anger towards Hamas they are using civilian children as human shields. This conflict was started by Iran to destabilize the area. They knew israel would attack,they knew human shields would die. Israel going after the hostages and Hamas has been used against them. Night time tornadoes are the worst, you cannot see it. There are some weather apps for your phone that track tornadoes with GPS location in real time. They have audible weather alerts notifications on your phone. These types of apps are essential if you are driving.
A quick note, the storm was not "bearing down on the capitol" (3:10) at the point shown in the video. It had already passed over the city with minimal impact. I was in the studio with Rusty and the gang as the SkyWarn Spotter contact, watching the whole thing. The staff at KLKN are top notch folks!

My daughter is a Semi Driver in KS The highlighted area of course.... so I hope all is well with her... scary that Tornados can Pick up Big Rigs like toys.. I always worry during storms and even high wind can overturn semi's ...
I remember driving thru Kansas in 93, watching tornadoes follow me. I heard on the radio next morning as I was driving thru Colorado that 15 tornadoes had formed in that area around Geary County.
LOL, that geyed "Massive Tree it took out" was a long dead tree, whose roots had already rotted away years ago, and should have been gone itself years ago. Obviously someone decided to leave it standing till it finally had to "feet" (roots) to keep it standing. It was just a matter of time till almost anything could have knocked it over.
Ok, so I have a VERY WELL MAINTAINED 1992 Ford 7.3L diesel that I drive on the road and I am STILL THANKFUL when it runs well. But I would NEVER trust ANY 33 year old engine to endure 500mph forces at 33k feet!! What????

It is going to be a very long time before I step foot on any airplane. In the last 2 months, a door flying off during flight, a wheel falling off after takeoff, an engine cover peeling away, a cabin filling with smoke, an emergency slide separating from under the belly of the aircraft, unruly passengers, drunk pilots, no thank you.
