25 Minutes Ago I was Driving On Highway heading to work while Listening to RU-vid Music. From all of the sudden this song come up! Omg I started crying i parked on the the side i couldn't drive. remembering my childhood makes me the happiest person in the world at the same time I was terrified. I missed those old days. To be honest I didn't go to work I went back home now listening to 90's.
Growing up, one of a few Oromigna songs I really enjoyed listening & I still does.I remember every Thursday and if not mistaken on Sunday night after the Oromigna news broadcasted after 1pm local time, there used to be one bi weekly program titled “Oduu Qubii” sry, i’m not sure the spellings. So every week I myself & my mom never missed it. This beautiful song, Daniel’s song (Animi enjira), there was also one song from Boronna were lots of ppl, the men’s group holds their hands and bend over to the other person stood next ’em and dance crazily with their neck and hit the ground with their feet’s. The women stood opposite directions and dance with the beautiful embodied dress. Oromia faia the singer rides a horse in the clip and covered his head with white turban, I don’t recall his name tho, 😢Ali Birra’s (nen deema ?) along Maggie’s magnificent beauty and dance, Birtuqani sira adada (jimma Music) a glowing young lady with beautiful hands waving dance, were my favorite childhood Oromigna songs and artists. The fanny thing is I don’t know any Oromigna language and it’s not my native tongue language but I watched it cuz it used to be on air followed by Tigrinya program ends. I watched their Saturday /day time serious drama & their kids program. Im so delighted to have such wonderful fond memories.
I am from Tigray but i love this song a lot. When i was in jimma university thissong always i listen in far sound of jimma fm. I always love the morning songs. May God bless oromia ❤

@@Randomcooking I hundred percent agree, Ethiopia if anything can only be what it was before if ppl actually recognize the struggles and talk about the ethnic cleansing that is going right. People need to stand on the truth and for the oppressed that are dying unjustly like what for should innocent blood be shed. God will ask these ppl and they will they won’t go unpunished it and that goes for the corrupt government right now. No one can get of out of God’s hand. What is going right now is selfishness and ignorant behavior and hiding the truth until ppl recognize and move to change that there will not be one Ethiopia.
I grow up with this, have been living in Europe for a long time and now reconnecting my childhood through him makes me cry. I’m in tears. 1992 I was living in Batu/zeway. I listen to this song daily. In My shop, zeway lake went away when we ate fried fish around the sea shores ....so memorable song❤
This song reminds me not only my childhood but an era we wouldn't bother the ethnicity of the artist but enjoyed the art. There is something about this song that is deep and i feel though i don't speak Oromifaa, I used to enjoy the Sirbaa program. 90s E.C was a good time. ❤
Good old times!! My moms family is Oromo from selale. I remember listening this song in the lonchina when we go visit our families, muketuri, debretsege, gimbichu . I love my uncles miss them. I hope i see them someday.

This was the golden time music when all ethiopian people were living together. I think this music was released early 1980. So many things coming in my mind that was when I was at high school in ethiopia. I'm proud of that generation Thank my God !!! I passed in so many terrible life in ethiopia but I'm fine now !!

90s it was just a magic childhood a lot of memories and fun I can’t even listen this music it reminds me my mom and my grandma they are both in heaven and when I listen to it hurts me a lot I wish they were here.
