As a retired Rangers lad it pains me say it but credit where it’s due... ASC were a top firm. Definitely led the way up here and even now could still pull a formidable firm. I’m a bit embarrassed by some of the comments. I know quite a few ASC main lads and they are pretty honest lads who don’t slag off other firms. The comments on us (Rangers) are hilarious. If you’ve ever been ASC you’ll know when you played us you had your work cut out. Won some lost some but you never had it your own way. Hibs, Celtic etc would also test you. If you think otherwise your mental. As for these days, yes. Rangers are probably the best firm in Scotland. I’m not involved but they always have a firm and take it to everybody, everywhere. Win some, lose some but always willing and pretty capable. Respect to all proper ASC lads and everyone involved in our thing. Great days
Respect for the comment and honesty mate. Rangers were the business too. Miss the old days and like yourself respect to all the firms and everyone involved. 🍻
Believe things changed for you when Liverpool lads came up in 1980 for the European cup game....so you must of been the original's north of the border.... respect....always heard what a great mob you had .....!
Former ASC and those days were amazing. However, anyone naive to think you couldn't get badly hurt is way off the mark. Seen some real damage done to lads. That being said if you dared to show up then you had to accept the risks of Easter road or parkhead on a dark Wednesday night with a smaller mob. Big shout out to the ASC lads and our friends.
You can hae yer shitey London firms, but up here we dee it a hale nither way ye posh pricks! My fellow Scotsmen, hand on yer hearts for the ASC and CSC firms! Long live Aberdeen Soccer Casuals!
Im 51 and i was there, ASC days were brilliant, Hibs were game as fuck, so was SS, Utility i give credit to as well, alaways got a carry on there, Now defunct OF was mad to, but scarfers etc, It was ASC/CCS no scarfers etc.
Mate I respect your honesty and I will admit Aberdeen were a top firm who always went looking for it. Don't like Aberdeen but respect them. Hibs and rangers always the business in my opinion.
the sheep like to slag off the rangers but if they are honest there have been some tasty battles over the last 25 years so enough shit about rangers never had a tidy firm aberdeen, hibs ,rangers have all had there day
always prefered london road in edinburgh ,than london road in glasgow it was just tim muppets with there bottles, hibs made your walk more enjoyable all the way ground.
motherwell were first at ayr, i didnt know who they were, had a crackin scrap with them in ayr end, mustve been around '85? any m'well boys remember that?
I hear that mate. Met Fergie and Strachan in 1981 when i was a 15 year old in Boys Brigade went to Pittodrie trophy room and kicked ball to Strachs on pitch. Always rated ASC known all over britain, and not many Scottish firms can say that. I Just despise Celtic
I remember back in the 'good old days' (long ago!!!) before all ticket matches and police escorts, Aberdeen were nothing. We (Hearts) used to go up there and run amok in the city centre after matches. Hard job finding any of them. Same with Hibs. Couldn't tell if you if they were tough cos we never saw them. Easter Road or Tynie, they would literally disappear after games. Had the Leith guys who were OK but nothing else. Everyone now is tough behind a police escort! Aaahhh it's a different world. Times change.
@ronyeats your a broken record, you say the same thing on ever casual video lol. One aw my mate's fae up your way who run with the ASC says it was mostly made up storys time when he got hame.
I have to question the 1980 bit. I remember the beach end in 81 you had the center(scarfers) the left side was donkey reds(donkey jackets) others mix o Harringtons n flight jackets. I don't recall casual starting bout 82.
Stephen brown weren't gd when man u came up and took the piss you lot had to join up with city when you came to manc champions league and still shit it icf behave
My sister's ex used to be an Aberdeen Casual in the 80s and showed me how he injured people using a copy of "The Sun" without making them read it, of course LOL.
R Knight WOW bud a hun with a an IQ of 2, they better get him signed up for MENSA. Russ it took him & his carer near 5 year 2 form the witty comeback. Always will b knuckledraggers & the ppl who know, know. Only ever a mob when they have vastly superior numbers & even then they have been legged at times ASC/YG 🤜🏻🤛🏻 Hope u & yours r all good loon x
When my team Leeds went to Edinburgh for a pre season friendly v Hibs a few years back, we smashed them all over the shop. Ifb Aberdeen and Leeds teamed up together they would walk all over every firm in the country- Fact. I now live near Aberdeen, and still go to Leeds games home and away, Home to Bardiff saturday, lets see what a shite firm they bring, and we can pay them back for fronting us at cup game with the safety of a line of OB on pitch in front of them. ASC/Service Crew
Got locked up with one of the service crew after cup final against celtic back in 2000,sound guy and fought like a maniac once we got out and continued battering the tims Asc#1
Scott Kennedy - ayr service crew were a match for anyone in 80s and early 90s, fell away during rave scene, but now been back a few years, lot of old boys, gotta personal war wae airdrie and theyre associates goin on! Ayr Dont Scare!
@@CRASS06 ifs buts and maybes☺☺YOUR NOT EVEN No1 in Scotland, CAPITAL CITY SERVICE HAVE ALWAYS HAD MORE RESPECT THAN THE ASC (BIG IN NUMBERS BUT NOT IN HEART)
