Hello, friends. This is a video on ABG (Arterial Blood Gas) interpretation. I have explained the steps of ABG interpretation with the help of some good examples. At the start of the video, I have given an overview of pH, pCO2, and bicarbonate, and how are they regulated in our body with respiratory and renal buffer mechanisms. I hope after listening to the whole video, you will be able to interpret almost all of ABGs. I will discuss how to calculate compensation, about the mixed disorders and about anion gap in my next video with the help of some more examples.
If you have any doubt about any ABG, do leave a comment in the comment section.
