I want to ask question When you opened Harry cottage. What and why you had to close. I had come to Goa years back and I saw from my north indian friends that they got from Goan owners one 10 room house. After they run it for one year and and it was going good. Owner asked 50 percent more from them. Then again after one more year they again demanded 50 percent more. Then my friend said this is cheating. And left their property. I heard the owners there trouble all their tenants as soon as they see them making money they start demanding more and more cut. Is this going to happen to you guys also after a year when you do all hard work. Your blood and sweat after you establish they will demand bigger and bigger cut.?????
