Video as usual is lovely, so real and original..Suanf is good for detox you can have after meal saunf tea boil saunf in water for 5 minutes and have it, it keeps the digestion in good condition..instead of adrak you can carry saunth powder it’s good to have saunth wali chai in uk weather it helps to keep the body warm but be careful a little extra saunth can turn the tea bad chai phhat jati hai..London and around the accent is not that difficult to understand you will get it but it’s a struggle to understand Scottish accent btw whenever you get an opportunity do visit Scotland it’s magical❤

I'm kind of liking these vlogs... obviously, missing the old videos but still this is a new Shruti style I think...and I can understand that you're in a completely different space (though you have a experience of living in US) because of which it can get hard sometimes to generate those videos. Hello ma'am! You can pound the ginger for your tea with the back of your belan by holding it longitudinally. Don't forget to keep the ginger against a hard and sturdy surface.
Hi, i use a small grater for ginger in tea. Btw make sure ginger is completely boiled in water before adding milk otherwise ur tea will curdle. Also a simple cheese sandwich that I make is slightly toasting bread after applying butter, then put a cheese slice in between and then putting it in a non stick pan cover it and let the cheese melt. Then just take out and have it. Have saunf after meals, helps in digestion.
An enjoyable vlog. I guess adrak, elaichi, laung, a bit of dalchini should make a good tea. Mayo , sandwich spread, thousand island sauce, mustard sauce are good options for sandwiches. salad greens, boiled eggs, salad vegetables will make filling sandwiches. You May use hung curd instead of any dressing for sandwich or salads. Add grated veggies salt n pepper and any masala of your choice. You can grill the sandwiches or eat as it is.

Hi, saunf you can use making a very very simple pan cake, just mix three tea spoon atta , 2 tea spoon jaggery powder and pinch of saunf n add water to make it bit slurry. Apply small amount of ghee on nonstick pan and make a pan cake.

If you don't have some thing to crush adrak for chai you can finely chop it and add it to boiling tea it will do the job. I have done this in hostel and it works
Bread easily milti h so u two bread thoda sa butter laga do onion tomato cucumber ya boiled potato dono ho ya ek bhi mil Jaye toh sabki patli slice cut karlo ek ek karke layer bana lo veggies ki har layer par thoda sa salt or chat masala jarur dalna fir cheese slice add karke bread se cover lo have it with ketchup......and ketchup ko bhi breads ke andar laga sakte butter lagane ke baad....

For sir meal you can prep some upma and or buy some idli fry them and keep it for him You can grap some mix vegetable saute and wrap it with some dressing and have it .
