Dope controller! Just had my hands on it today, bought it used. It's a very good item considering its size, price and available functions. I'm using it with AKAI MPD 218 and Akai Midi Mix, and that's all you may need I guess for most of core production tasks.
Hi ! Thank you for this video. I'm a bit confused as at start of the video you say you should connect the Keyboard to the PC with an Audio Interface. But surely you can just connect the Keyboard to the PC directly using the USB cable?
Oh nice would AKAI APC KEY 25 MK2 this work well for guitarist or better the Akai apc mini without keyboard 🎹 or can I combine both with a Akai MPC one ?
It is more convenient for me when the midi keyboard and the midi controller are located in the same device, as in AKAI APC KEY 25. But you can use two different devices. If you don't play keyboards, the AKAI APC MINI will do.
Don't feel bad about the accent. A 2nd language is not easy. Especially if the alphabets are different. I have been trying to learn Korean for some time, and still quite poor at it. Greetings from the Southern United States. Can I ask about your original country and first language?
Gracias por tan buen video, la informacion es muy util, años en ableton y el consejo de latencia pocos lo dan o lo saben, sigue adelante, me gusta tus covers.
Hello, at 0,48 you say that it is highly recommended to connect the controller to an audio interface. Now, I have a Behringer UMC404HD audio interface. Both the Akai and the Behringer have one USB connector. But I can only connect the Behringer to my laptop via USB, so I cannot use the same connector to connect the Akai. So how do I do that? The Behringer only has XLR and 6mm jack inputs. Thanks.
You need to connect the AKAI to your computer via usb. So is the audio interface. In the Ableton settings, you need to select your audio interface and midi keyboard.
Оч.круто спасибо большое! Было бы круто если бы вы в своем стиле в живую сделали версию - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-hTWKbfoikeg.html
