You say "roll with the punches" and after so many cruises and seeing how talented all of the cast members are- you are all professionals for good reasons. You are all amazing.
It is, trust me! Lol. I used to love covering numbers at the last minute. It gave me a real buzz! You're doing the same thing, day in, day out, so the change is tiring but fun 😊💜🏴⛸️
Hi Jordan, looks like a lot of work being a under study, so glad you and the rest of the cast can adapt to change quickly. Chops looked delicious, so glad you and your boyfriend were able to go
Saw the show, twice on the same cruise. Outstanding performances, especially on a relatively small ice surface. Had the pleasure of meeting some of the skaters as well, very nice people. What they can do on ice skates is amazing!
Going to the ice skating show on Royal is always one of my favorite things. Sometimes I try to go more than once, but go in right before the show starts so I can give others a chance to see it. A few times, an understudy was used and I kept thinking what a challenge that is on the cast. Thank you for bringing us a long so we can witness it first hand. You are such a beautiful skater. Congrats on the award and glad you were able to celebrate in style.
You are so organized. I love watching your videos. Very busy but so well put together if that sounds right. Enjoy the lighter day tomorrow. Unless it passed already then just enjoy every day! 💞😊
Loved this video, I was dragging my feet this Monday morning to get going after a cold night here in Southern California, your power thru performance motivated me to get my booty going which was really needed as I have lots of work to do today. Your Chops dinner outfit looked amazing on you. Thank you.
Great video, Jordan! It's always great to have a look backstage and see how a show is put together. It's often the case that it's easy to overlook the hours and hours of preparation that go into a short show which is all we see as audience members, so this was really interesting to watch! I found it very interesting that because of the relatively small cast, you have to pull double duty instead of having dedicated understudies and swings (PS understudies and swings are the backbone of the theatrical world so well done all of them!!). I love your September routine and the opening one is fantastic too, if not as energetic. I believe when we were on Explorer in October, Veronique was performing that part? I hope she (or whoever is doing that role now) is better soon, it's not nice to be injured and unable to do your job.
Awesome video! I love the logistics of the understudy process. Great job J!!! Thanks for taking us through it. You’re the best cruise employee Vlogger! I love others too, but you’re the best! 😛 Always appreciate ya! ✌️❤️. Sorry about your Bills, I was rooting’ for ‘em!
We’ve enjoyed dining at Chops aboard Vision, Radiance, Mariner, and Freedom of the Seas. Looking forward to dining there on our next cruise this summer. P.S. Sorry about the Bills.
Love the way you say “cosh-tume” Everytime you say costume. Love your videos. I’ve love cruising! I’ve been on 5 so far, to the Eastern and Western Caribbean. Although I wanna do RC, I’ve only cruised Carnival. Would be awesome to work on a ship though.
Very random question, but I have seen videos where you are showing off your pickleball skills. Are paddles available to rent while on board or should we bring them with? Not sure why it took me so long to realize we will be on the same ship you have been showing!
Just got off symphony, was talking to one of the ice cast who said they are currently in a triple reblock. 😮 Wouldn’t have guessed from the shows though, they were still very good.
The hacky sac seems like a great chill/team thing but gives me anxiety with a fire sprinkler so close - those things are super fragile and would be a big flood if activated as a heads up be careful :)
Jordan, I love watching your videos. I was a singer/dancer on Holland America Cruise Lines for four contract and I wish we had the technology to post videos like yours. I would have recorded all of my time on ships. Happy travels.
I thought the beverage coolers in rooms on a cruise ship are not really great for keeping milk, food, etc for long time. I notice you always keep milk in there. Do they put different fridges in your room since you are cast, stay onboard long term and would need more than just a beverage cooler?
I was watching Frozen in Time on Oasis a couple nights ago. I know, it's a different show than you were doing -- my four-year-old granddaughter really enjoyed it. I was just wondering if it is especially difficult to focus on your skating when you have to jump into the ice from being lifted up by another cast member. Do you do a lot of rehersals of someone picking you up and putting you down again? I was just so amazed at the athletic ability of the performers. You must all be in really good physical shape.
Is your boyfriend in Entertainment also or a different area? Do you get a lot of time together? Do you work the same contracts or is it always changing?
