On the Canary Island of Fuerteventura, traditional pottery survived to this day, heir to that aboriginal pottery that the ancient Majoreros, before Spanish colonization, used to store food and water. In 1998 Josefa Acosta, known as Fefita, after thirty years of pampering with clay, became the point of reference for this popular pottery.
