I know that was that guys best and that’s exactly why I chose not to procreate with him. That’s how he would’ve been had we had a child together. My husband now is the best father and partner and truly the one I deserve. And without my mums help then AND now that I have babies i dont know what id do… truly.

The shame I felt for so many years after is WHY I share my story. What helped me in those moments was coming back to trusting in the decision I made at that time. I made the choice that was right for me in 2009 and in 2018 I gave birth to my child and later this year I’ll give birth to my second. I hope that helps. Take care of yourself on this journey 💛

@@Ramona-kh6li try to go to sleep so you don’t have to be awake to suffer through it, drink warm water to help your body pass everything quicker, use a heated blanket or hot water bottle on uterus area, and wear comfortable loose clothing.. warm baths help too.. i’m about 28 hours since i took the 4 pills and the cramping isn’t as bad, still bleeding moderately though.. i’m using the heated blanket right now haha..

Having a child is a HUGE commitment. Especially for a 15 year old. Forcing someone to have a child they don’t want does more harm than good. Period.

ok are you gona be responsible for that baby's life. There are several people out in this world who curse their life and expect to die instead of living. Also are you gona pay for that child. Are you gona look after that child when it needs money. No! The parents have to. Even you give it up for adoption you dont even know whats gona happen to it. What if that child suffers from childhood trauma. Are you gona leave your child with this unknown world. Dont you know how people are selfish. That baby will suffer. And the mother has to live with guilt forever. It is more harm than good. So shut up.

How did it go

It felt like 3cm into labor. I’m sure it’s different for everyone though. They gave me pain pills to take but I didn’t take them - not because it didn’t hurt but because I’m not really into the pain pill side effects. Hope that helps!

Just look at the situation and take some time. Right this moment could you imaging a baby in your arms? Can you imagine yourself in a few years walking them into school? Are you financially stable? I really hope you choose whatever you feel is right in your heart and don’t let others sway your opinion. No matter what you choose I wish you good luck :)

I’ll be honest, it was painful. But I also EXPECTED it to be super painful. I’m currently 9 months pregnant and working through lots of limited beliefs around why I believe childbirth has to be painful… the truth is- it doesn’t! Every other muscle in our body flexes without pain so why would our uterus be any different. Expect pain, receive pain. We also get in the fear -> tension -> pain cycle this route and you can train your brain to be on the relax -> oxytocin -> pleasure cycle instead. I hope that helps love 💛

Darling I was at my birth control which was so effective that a single dose of tiny pill is more than effective which you have to take after sex. I took two that day. I still got pregnant.
