Love that AB+ item at the end. For those who are unaware, there was once a bug when afterbirth+ came out where breadmund accidentally put 8 full-size blastocysts into a room layout in the womb. You can probably figure out why the AB+ item does what it does.

MikoArts actually, it is really well made. No balance and shitty sprites are just a joke. Most of the items, enemies and bosses have amazing coding behind them. I can only name 2 mods that have the same level of coding - Antibirth and Revelations

It wasn't easy, but a rage game means gratuitous, artificial difficulty which Isaac (pre-Afterbirth+ and Delirium) didn't have.

I think it changes the game. Rather than being an add on that you just naturally play with, It completely changes the objective. Instead of trying to win, you're trying to find modded items and find out the multitude of ways it can screw you over. Pretty fun imo.

How to make the items good based on the order he gets them: Dessert 2:make the teeth actually do 3x damage Icy foot (or whatever it was called):make it do half your tear damage. Bean boys beans:have it full heal as well Dbean:it's kinda mediocre actually. Like every mod has an item you don't really want but like you guess you'll take since it's better than nothing. Missile trail: have it shoot when you do(or give you bomb immunity to your own bombs) Diamond sack:have it have an incredibly small chance to drop rarer coins. A+B:give you an item for each you kill.
