Learn about modern day mogul skis or bump skis. They have really changed a lot. Learn how bump skis are made for the recreational skier to maximize comfort and ease turning in the bumps
Agreed. Twin tips just do not turn as quick and precise as an actual mogul ski. They lack energy. When I'm on bump skis, I can really feel myself slicing up the bumps. Twin tips feel lazy. I will never buy twin tips again.
@@skierjeff0470 I just got a pair and I s quite shocked on how well they performed in moguls. I'd say at 24mm more in width compared to the F17, k2 244., and ID-ONE that I skied, the park 86mm is quite a performer, and I enjoy it just as much as the dedicated. They are a bit different but ski bumps like champions. But you'll have to make sure to get a softer one for absorption. a sandwich/cap combination did it for me, and I must say, if you want to rip some moguls, go after some powder, get in the trees all in the same day, the park ski is great. One thing I can't get used to is the mounting point, pretty center. I'm used to longer tips and shorter tails. I feel like I have no tips and lot's of tails, except you don't feel them to be long at all. But the looks of it, gosh, terrible. I thought the ID-Ones were pretty centered, but nothing compared to a park ski.
