Why was I never taught this?! Why isn't Enoch's book in the Bible? Thank you so much for bringing this to my awareness! I feel like a dry sponge that just found water. I don't even know where I would go to study this. I've not seen books on this in the library. Having been a child raised in a broken and confused home, it's taken me decades to get where I am. Enoch was believed to be written around 200 B.C. in Greek not Hebrew, and that is one of the reasons it is not considered canonical and part of inspired Scripture.

I think that the understanding is the angels were male but their offspring i.e. the giants may not have also been male but then again who knows what kinds of chromosomes they have. When you look at ancient greek mythology there were a few female goddesses and this even was supposed to explain in part the basis of this mythology being based on real people. So idk but it is true in the Bible that angels themselves are also perceived or in the form of a man/male gender.

I would add that knowing this is great for apologetics. For a lot of people the story of the Flood is a stumbling block. They say, “why would a loving God kill everything?” Or I have heard them say, “the Old Testament God was angry and evil because he killed everyone. This is the explanation. This angel rebellion was an act of war on God and an attempt to stop the Messiah from being born. God had to take action.

I think you should probably watch the previous videos in this series. You'll find out that there are rooms under this area in a mudslide where the ark was found. Man-made rooms. I don't believe it was ' fallen ' angels that mated with women, at least not previously fallen. Rather Holy Watcher angels that were still loyal to God and in charge of watching over people of the earth. They were fine until Satan enticed them to lust after the women and desire to have for themselves. Who are you referring to? All these commentators? Dr. Renner is referencing everything to scripture verses. Maybe watch this series from the beginning, hear the prophets in the Bible who quoted the Book of Enoch in the canonized Bible, and then make a more informed, intelligent conclusion. You are on the right tract. Of course there in no such thing as the devil/satan. These words only refer to Godless mankind. No where in the Bible does it tell us that God made a non human spiritual entity that is the devil/satan. The 100% false idea of there being a spiritual boogieman hiding in the shadows has only come from Godless mankind. Now multiply that by the world population, then add in pride, greed, sloth, hate, etc, and you have suffering all around. Then stir the pot with the destructive force of major wars and you have hell on earth (the pit). God allows mans evil to run its course but under his patterned timeline and agenda. That repeating pattern is revealed in the seven seals and seven Churches, each seal and corresponding church representing a 1,000-year day, and each day having its own set of 7 trumpets and 7 vials. The 7 trumpets are 4 progressive leading (morally failed) cities/nations ((12 tribes into Egypt and 12 tribes out of Egypt) this is why there are 24 elders), and 3 major wars/world wars, and the 7 vials are 7 events of the last major/leading city/nation of each day (each city/nation a head of the dragon, Rev 17:9 (KJV)). The 7th trumpet and the 7th vial are simultaneous and end each 1,000-year day with God destroying civilization and bringing hell on earth (the pit) and thereby sealing the day, 6 The words of the Lord are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. He will allow us to destroy ourselves and the earth with our undisciplined knowledge of technology and nuclear power, the beginning of ww3 a nuclear war bringing the earth into tribulation for the eighth and last time. And after 3 ½ years of “Great Tribulation” the earth is cast into the sun (lake of fire, “the second death”) along with the evil and suffering of man (Satan and hell), and the sincere “fire fighters” (the church/adoption/lukewarm) are spewed out to a new earth (the waters above). No. They just aren't given in marriage in heaven. But they can take on human physical form as demonstrated many times in the Bible. This would allow them to mate with women. God is Spirit and yet He was able to conceive with Mary. Obviously not the same way the fallen angels did, but just to point out that Spiritual entities can reproduce with mankind.
