About My Schizophrenia 

i was diagnosed schizophrenic at 18 years old and no i am 30. Im sorry to hear your history of suferring. I have also been very ill but currently very stable. I wish you good luck and keep in mind that you REALLY NEED to take your medication so you wont suffer anymore. We all have to deal with side effects and it is harsh but its better than losing contact with reality and putting ourselfs to danger. Thanks for your video, wish you the best.

Hello! Thank you for sharing your story-it meant alot to me! I was also diagnosed with schizophrenia. I all the time thought that God and the devil was talking so me. I was very religious! I am drinking 3 mg Risperidone and 30 Citalopram per day and is doing much better. I also go to a psychologist on a regular basis. Good luck and thank you for sharing! Jacobus Opperman

Thank you for sharing your story. I'm schizophrenic too with similar experiences like the tactile hallucinations that for me was really bad. It made me feel like a weirdo and that I was alone so it's good to hear other people have experienced similar things. Anyways thanks for being a voice! Much love.

i had a very much similar experience. but i believed i was an angel who was made to convert people to christ. also fasted, didnt take meds and screamed at people. getting better now though, even without meds. hope you will do better also.

Hi Bree ,I know this video is super old but so interesting ..You mentioned old factory smells.I remember withdrawing from benzodiazepines and other psych meds and went into a psychosis and smelled some horrible smells and food tastes just as bad ..so I was wondering what other horrible things you have smelled in the past .I smelled things like bleach and rotten meat or old lady make up..It was relentless and I smelled it 24/7 for days on end.So could you share what the other bad smells you smelled besides brimstone & fire.Plus what worked for you to make the smells go away and how long the smells lasted..Only if you wanna share b/c not a lot of ppl talk about old factory smell so it would comfort me to know what someone else who went through it experienced.B/C of was a living nightmare for me..Thank You..Your a Sweetheart..Much Love & Peace..Namaste

Thanks for sharing this precious deposition, it must have been demanding...I am studying schizophrenia, from a neuropharmacological point of view, in animal reserach, so I am used to be extremely pragmatic, but I am starting to notice through your's as many (but really many) others schizophrenic patients experiences that, so often the acute phase of this pathology overlaps incredibly well with something all but scientific, the "demoniac possession" described among exorcists....it's like exists one stereotipical type of schizophrenia, which have all the signs of possession, or all the same hallucinations (smell of fire/sulfur, inside "god's like" talking, sexual tactile stimulations etc) and delusions (feeling possessed(which should theoretically be extremely rare and complex as a delusion), self-wounding behavior etc) , paired with the negative symptoms and comorbidities as sleep-food-water self-deprivation...all those should be really peculiar symptoms and I am realizing that this pattern is much more common than it should reasonably be, and obviously with a scientific mind it doesn't make sense....but in the same scientific way we must look at facts and numbers, and facts tells something different, so what should one think? I am actually quite scared about it...anyway thank you for sharing and be strong!

it's hard when someone else is believing its your brain but knowing from experience this is a real being I don't know what is more scared it's real or its my brain but staying strong and I would always tell myself I have just as much rite on the earth cause I was born

Don't worry you're a beautiful girl and your not alone I feel the same but I do have a schizophrenic mum schizophrenic sister schizophrenic brother and autistic sister my whole family has mental history and I like to think I don't but social services in my life and everyone is trying to label me with something because of my family history I feel very alone and I do feel like I have anxiety but some of the symptoms I apparently am showing are schizophrenic and autistic so I think I'm a mixture of things but I deffently do feel paranoid 90% of the time, even me on my own I can't sit still I normally change my clothes around 20 times over and over in a day and around 9 times before I go out I'm 13 but I just feel so paranoid and depressed and sad basically

Bree, you're very brave to do a video like this and to share your story with the world. I, too, am a Christian and I suffer from schizoaffective disorder. It's almost kind of an obligation to tell people around you, or at least it feels like one. I kept my schizoaffective a secret because it made me feel like a monster, then realized how bad of an idea that was. Thank you for sharing this. I can't remember things a lot I don't hear voices or hallucinate. Sometimes I think I'm gonna be arrested for no reason and I'm super scared I'm schizophrenic I always have disorganized thoughts but can that be linked with anything else?

I have schizophrenia. Its amazing how similar all of our experiences are. After my meds took hold, I felt ashamed of that 'chosen one' feeling. I certainly didn't hate God, but I did place some dormancy on religion. I needed to start over on it. I did look at it perhaps being a punishment, or maybe I had caused this on myself - but that was in no way an answer to this. Casting blame on ones self could not be a logical answer - since we were devoted during that time. And that contradicts genetics, so that must drop. In that time before the meds, it was a unique relationship w Him. It is the experience of being chosen, and perhaps that experience was given to certain others other than those who were chosen ^^. What do we do with that? I do believe in God and I think that 7 days of fasting was a great thing you did for Him. I loved my family, but when I became paranoid, I thought they were all going to hell. I had to let them go. But im glad I got them back :p. The science and perception behind it is something we still explore, and of course respect. But a pocket of opportunity opened to some of us. Our Lord is beyond comprehension. No mind can encompass Him.

in my schizophrenic episode i also thought i was able to use telepathy to people and hear voices made out of birds , water drops etc

Mine had to deal with Putin, the adult ones. When I was little, there was a man who would come out of the television and try to get me. One time, my mom came out of the closet and electrocuted me. The muppets tried to grab me, and I had severe sleep paralysis and insomnia. When I grew up, I thought I was supposed to be the final sacrifice into the new age. It morphed around, but that's blah, blah. My hallucinations took over me and did things. Have they ever controlled you?

this is really hard to say my brother that is 21 he is older than me he has ditching close to what you have I'm a Christian and he is to and he hadn't gotten any sleep for six days and he was reading the bible a lot and today he got worse and he said that he was going to kill himself I can't take it he's my brother and my family is really scared and he dipped his head in the toilet and said the Lord is baptizing me I'm so scared this has never happened to him at all and it's like he just exploded the first day it happened he was in the shower and laughing I'm so scared he is going to hurt himself and he thinks his name is Elijah.

Check out this book free on youtube. "the power of your subconscious mind" by dr. joceph murphy. I don't believe the bible parts but otherwise is a great book. Should help alot whether it heals you or not or takes a while. Can do most anything with this book. Hope you enjoy the book.

sounds like full blown kundalini awakening to me. Have you looked into this? A great book is Kundalini - The Serpent of Fire by Darrel Irving. The huge links between schitzophrenia and kundalini awakening ... xxx
