About target panic - part 3 - on horse 

So now we have been working with few things on the ground and then we can see what we can do on the horse.
✅ Use a horse you can trust. If you are all tensed about a mount you cannot feel safe with, it will not work.
✅ Find an empathic coach who you can trust to - if someone is saying ”just hold it on the anchor” they clearly do not know about this issue.
✅ A helper on the track side might help as we tried here. She was keeping me calm and I tried to remember to relax myself as much as I can because I stop breathing, cannot speak, cannot correct anything or even aim eheä it get really bad.
✅ Breathe! Even if it goes wrong and you toss your arrows all around the country it doesn’t describe you as a human and person. You will be fine and you are enough ❤️
