My beautiful husband came back in to wake me up at 5:40 CT as he was leaving for work. "Leisa, Leisa...there is a beautiful, really big full moon I thought you might want to see.". ❤ I said, "Omigosh, thank you" & hopped out of bed. And thank you, Iris. THANK you so much Iris. I cannot believe , and yet I can … I have this Cardinal cross literally right over my birth chart. My birth chart as follows: - my Sun at 29 degrees Capricorn (fourth house) where Pluto is stationed - my Mid heaven at 21 degrees Cancer where Mars is stationed within a degree! - my south node in LIbra two degrees from where sun is now - my north node in Aries two degrees from where moon is now I have been feeling that Pluto placement massively and during the entire 15 years but especially the past three years. It upended my life entirely. Yes, I feel to get me where I needed to be but in the most traumatic process, and I hope that now I am about to emerge with much stronger foundations. I am grateful to find you just recently and because I appreciate your focus on healing which is exactly how i have been leveraging astrology and feel it has most benefit for me in this way. It has helped me so much. Thank you for all that you do.

Being married to a high masking autistic is like having a gay roommate who pretended for most of your marriage to be straight but isn't. Yeah, sex was anything but intimate and I'm glad it's over with. But intimacy is important to me, and at 52 I'm as deeply emotional and authentic as ever, and being with someone who just wants a pal is ridiculous. When you said we can be intimate with Life Itself it dawned on me that I'm freer to do that by not being distracted by sex in the material. I'll be exploring this. Thank you, Iris!
Ah I understand so well, and I feel fot you….I had an autistic partner for a while and there was zero intimacy in the bedroom. We NEED it. And ironically I’m speaking as someone who is also neurodivergent - I thought only ADHD, diagnosed only a couple of years ago (I’m 49) and explaining so much it blew my mind. HOWEVER to my shock (until I learned more) I’m ALSO autistic - it’s called AuDHD and is a bit torturous heh because of the polar opposites, eg I crave order, but don’t know how to create it. That’s a simple one. It’s also so complicated; I looked back and realised that all of the people I’d been close to in a particular way - a bond i can’t explain - were autistic. Here’s where it gets weird - the first time I ever experienced true sexual intimacy (and thought oh my GODDESS is THIS how it’s supposed to be??) was with a v young old-souled autistic man (only 19 then unbelievably to my 33). An expert said ‘if you’ve met one autistic person, you’ve met one autistic person’ and I get that, it’s different with ADHD. I mistook many of my symptoms for being HSP/an empath, once I’d discovered that, apparently common… Being a woman adds to the complexity! But when I think back to that last relationship, my heart does go out to you ❤ However I’ve discovered it’s very complicated- I read the quote ‘if you’ve met one autistic person, you’ve met one autistic person ‘. And that explains why I missed mine!
Iris never ever fails to help! I also have severe dissociative complex PTSD and due to certain situations including spending a lot of this year in hospital, I don’t have any close relationships at all at the moment, apart from my mum - for the first time ever (usually friendships - they matter most to me)…and as a libra moon I know I need them. It’s painful, and was made more so by ALL the astrologers talking about relationships with ‘the other’. And then Iris said how our relationship with ourselves - and Life itself, like you said, doesn’t just count but comes first and oh, the sigh of relief. I know I must connect again but maybe I’ve needed this time alone… I’m finding out so much about layers of self and dealing with trauma I had no idea was there even after 10 years of therapy, since the repressed ‘material’ (makes it sound so clinical, when it’s actually utterly visceral) first started to come out. I can see you're on _your_ path, and not many people ever find that. As tough a path as it might be I'm joyful for you. Keep putting one foot in front of the other, precious one.
Perhaps someone else is going thru this, so i'll elaborate a little. I am giving up on a 'friend.' i have lost count of the many plans we made that she didn't show up or made some lame excuse. I know how to be a friend. If you need me, i suit up & show up. If i give you my word, consider it done. So my problem has been that my expectations are high so i tried adjusting my mind to accomodate. But even she admits she's on the flaky side. But enough reached enough & i'm used to being alone (not counting guides, angels, passing spirits, etc. Misc. ..), but i feel like crying & i don't cry easily. So i'm going to go to my bedroom, attend my altar & try to get rid of this awful feeling. I feel like I'm having a heart attack. But i know good is all around me & i love Iris's take on life. So full moon blessings, there's so much to pray for. Shed some love & light, world needs it, too. Love yourselves first.
