Great product! Beats anything on the market, unless you have the funds to have a custom cabinet built and a electric lift installed. Customer support fantastic. Everyone who comes to our home are just amazed with all the standard features this device has. When they see it operate up close and the ease it changes position(balanced like a garage door)and how affordable it is, they're sold. You indicate if your TV is smaller than 44" that the MM540 isn't ideal but you never explain why. Would you mind explaining why you don't recommend using the mount for TVs smaller than 44"?
