These are the main steps in preparing the site for an above-ground pool, along with how the pool comes together in time-lapse. The majority of the work is in the site prep. Having a laser level is important with a large pool like this one. If it’s anything more than 1-2” off, you will need to rent a skid steer or other equipment for moving the excess dirt. Actual site prep work was several times more than I anticipated.
Most importantly the footings for the legs should be level with each other. If the middle of the pool has some variation it doesn’t matter as much. Also, the footings should be at the level of the ground, not sitting 1.5” above the ground as it shows in my video.
The laser level is best seen in the evening, so plan on using some evenings to help check the site. Thank You Guys For Watching Like and Subscribe ✌️
