Your healing is already done, try focusing on something else. Instead of meditation and manifesting, try watching a comedy or something that makes you happy, try gardening if you are active enough. Change your focus

To the sick and shut in……. One thing I’ve learned when in pain physically I repeat I am not my mind I’m not even my body. I mean if I’m hurting so bad I’m laying in a ball I repeat I am not my mind I am not even my body I swear after idk how long it all goes away. I’m just a messenger

This was exactly what I needed to hear this morning. I’ve been doing really well with focusing on feeling unconditional love and joy and recently- in apparently now what I recognize as a period of going unconscious (an old default mode) - I bumped up against a bit of old and un-serving thoughts and emotions (doubt and worry) around a particular subject. I immediately relaxed into it and chose to affirm the truth of my being and felt better and gained my emotional footing. So this was perfect for me this morning to listen to and journal on. It was reaffirming as all of these clips are. I ask for clarity and it is given. 😊

Ppl please stop worrying about when or what year this message is from The Truth Still Applies, no one is lying to you that is simply when it was posted, come on ppl get the message weather it’s 10 mins old or 10 yrs old the truth remains, I often go back to old teachings to refresh my memory on how to stay aligned, putting in the unnecessary meaningless comments slows you down from getting the real message! When the student is ready the teacher will appear…period 🙏🏾❤️

My mind is blown. I just did a character assessment and my number one strength was honesty. I’m realizing now that honesty does not necessarily align with that which I want that serves me. There have been so many times when the truth and facts about a situation did not work in my favour and so I accepted it because it was the truth. This video is causing me to look at this differently. It’s not to say that I want to be untruthful, but I need to focus my vibration less on what the facts are and more about what serves me in every situation. I am blown away …And I am so grateful. This is going to shift my life for sure.

I can't speak for you, but when I ask myself why I do this or that, again, for me, anyway... the answer is... because that is what you're used to doing or how you're used to focusing... because, for me, change can be discombobulating on a good day and scary on a bad day. I have to tell myself... Self, if you want a different result, you have to try or practice a different thought, attention, intention &/or action.

Asking and receiving is so easy, but we block it with our own doubt. I imagine what it would be like to have no obstacles to receiving... and I experience that release. The fact is this is a dimension of polarity..we are embroiled and choosing from it. We feel the negative end of this polarity. We feel it and cant help feeling it. Because its all around us all the time. Its in our families. Its in the systems political and religious that have programmed us here, and the programmers farm humanity. Tjere is that, which we feel. There are the happy times which we feel. If we were in total control instead of inside this soup we could just say ok I want to feel like this today and like that tomorrow. If you have to maintain a stable state of being in any condition or circumstance how much control and authenticity does that take. And so we rise into the higher frequencies we already are.
