2:22 So correctness of meditation is NOT the destination. Meditation is one of the best methods to "take your 'transmission' out of gear and let 'er idle a bit". Namaste

I've been sitting in meditation for 40 years. Up to 14 hours a day, sometimes days at a time. I accept life as it comes at me with stillness and joy. Got loads of ideas. Written many books. Still have to work for a living even though I should have retired a year ago. What am I doing wrong?

Meditate less and do more such as walking in nature. The most important part of the Law of Attraction is step 3, "The Law of Allowing: which is to feel good in your thoughts, emotions, vibrational balance and in the stories that you tell." Abraham Hicks

I would like to add my two cents. Abraham said the acting out of habits will not open the receiving mode because he assumes the mediatator is not quieting the mind. I am a creature of habits and I do quiet my mind during meditation.I have opened the receiving mode and manifest abundance. But I understand Abraham’s message about finding manifestations in hidden places and not in the same places.

I really struggle with quieting my mind. Even going to sleep at night can be a challenge because my mind is racing. I do much better with guided meditations and have Abraham’s app

@melodyduncan8087 I have that problem too, but it's much better since I learned a trick. When you catch yourself doing that, just observe the fact nonjudgmentally and bring yourself back. It gets easier. Blessings to you!

Concentrate on your breathing. If you do well here, meditation may follow. It’s ok if you fall asleep during meditation.
