I give my partner freedom to do and be who he wants. I give myself freedom to do and be who I am. We are additions to each others lives. I have boundaries that protects my values, not expectations to who someone should be. Love & trust within a relationship is created when freedom exists. I am always mindful to observe my emotions before reacting. Once you have expectations you instantly lose. Let people be themselves. Human beings can not change, or control people. I am a man and this is deeply meaningful to me. I love myself unconditionally and i choose to constantly align myself with Source. I choose what is positive for me and for others that i care for, and that includes attracting a woman who is lovable to me and who is attracted enough to me to love me for who i am. And i *choose* to love her for who she is, not for who i would like her to be (although i was quite specific with what's important to me in love, when i did the manifestation, before i met her). I am hopeful and grateful. Likewise i *choose* to attract a meaningful and pretty well paid job for me, through which i will both be useful to other people, and be appreciated for it. There is much that was negative in my past, but that's not stopping me at all, because i choose the positive while keeping my eyes open.

The word " insecure" is so overused these days, Alot of the time , you are GIVEN reasons to doubt, to question and to not trust. And yes! A relationship doesn't work without trust, but it's not ever easy to just walk away from someone you love or care for because you can't trust them. It's part of being human and it has nothing to do with insecurities.

Do people really hurt you or is it the story you tell yourself that creates the pain? The reality of relationships to learn is the person is not yours, they are not obligated to make you happy, to make sure you never get hurt. That's your job, no one elses. Yes we are human and have emotions but how much of those emotions rise up by the story you tell yourself? Can people cheat, abuse and treat you like shit. YES!!!! The question here is, what story are you telling yourself to attract these sort of people? Change the story inside, the outside follows.

I agree. You may be secure about yourself, your goals and your feelings for the other person but let's say, for example, that the other person starts pulling back emotionally or closing off or for some reason you don't feel them as connected to you. Of course it will raise thoughts of doubt within you, such as "am I doing anything wrong?". This is a natural reaction of someone who is healthy and cares. You may feel insecure and again, this is natural because the other person is triggering you with their behaviour. It doesn't mean you need healing your shit. You then have a few options: 1. Ask for clarity. If they give it to you, see if you can BOTH work on solutions. 2. If no clarity is given and they still resist, let it go. They may need time and space. Move on head high (securely) if you've done what you could, been open and loving and have given them an opportunity (or several) to clear the air.

@@DrZayna The commitment we are aiming to make is not to another for a period of lifetime spent together, but is really to yourself to keep showing up daily connected to Source. That includes choosing to love even in hard times. Since commitment is to myself, you can also exit a relationship/marriage while maintaining that commitment to expansion of yourself.

My dear, I know how you feel about that. I was so sad when my ex left me for the past 6 years .. Then on this faithful day I came across a video on RU-vid there was this friend of mine that drop a message on my email, and she explained perfectly well to me that there is this great powerful woman that can help me with my situation. Then for that moment, I was doubting her but I was having this mindset let me try if it is going to work for me know then and I message her on his WhatsApp number low and behold the man told me that I should give her only three days that my ex is going to come back to me. Well, believe in everybody is you pushed out. So, if you fcking believe in that, and take responsibility for everything then you can make a relationship last a lifetime because then it molds brilliantly as you grow and it grows with you. The relationship and the person both grow as you grow, all you have to do is expect that from them, expect that they can and be secure in yourself that you're worthy of them growing for you.

To add to that is when your partner or person who however you choose to called it is going thru a mental or emotional something, recognize it has nothing to do with you. Stop labeling people as boring, lame, whack or not fun because he or she is going thru at the moment. Because doing tht, prevents that person from truly revealing his or her true selves. Never take it personal. All you can do it ask how can I help you durin this time? And be sincere about being there. Maybe jst to talk or offer new suggestions to help the person get out of the funk. Don’t fault then. Don’t complained. Jst help the person get the help he/she needs because remember, it’s really not about you. Also, we should keep in mind, no one is ever so happy all the time. Life happens meh. Sometimes you’re happy, other times not so much. Although, the goal is to strive for overall balance of emotions because tht top is true bliss. And the body needs tht Much like to fall in love or fall for someone simply because you like one side of their personality is like cheatin yourself of a full experience. That’s when people become mad and say, ‘you are not who I fell in love with.’ Well, who you fell in love with is a multi-dimensional person who is going to change many times over their lifetime. Mood, personality etc., Same as you. So allow people to be themselves. The truest, purest, raw honest versions of themselves. The happy, the not so happy, the serious even down right goofy versions of themselves. It always gets me when guys complain about gals being moody or if she nags from time to time. And it’s like why you can’t handle an emotional woman? Like every now and then? Who stays moody all year long? No one. Unless he or she is going thru something extremely traumatic. So what happens when that gal becomes angry? Are you gonna run from that as well? Stop the illusion. Recognize you also have issues and so do other people. A true relationships should say, I’ve issues and I’m working on it. Let’s work on ours together but as individuals and grow

During new years Eve I was shocked know the guy I was seeing on and off , hot and cold the last 15 months, that he 2as seeing someone else the last three weeks and the way he said to me was very childish and unthoughtful. However my response was, when he told me that now I hate him, I told him " I hate nobody especially you, have fun and be safe" It felt good saying that however I was heart broken 💔. He's funny when he says, "I love your stuff, it's easy". It seems simple but if it was easy he would already have it all figured out. I have been following Abraham for 20 years and it sinks in deeper and deeper, but to say it's easy may be interpreted as superficial but that is not the case.

Emotions occur because of some triggers but feelings are strengthened emotions that are not reactive but we respond to feelings.Like some people react and act out that is because of emotions but if they feel those emotions and intuitively understand them,then that becomes feelings.

It’s as if the universe jst read my mind because I was talkin to myself about this. Tht I chose to give myself permission to enjoy my life. To be free attachment to someone else in a relationship to where they don’t have room to breathe, eat, dream or be themselves because I’m so afraid who they are is going to f up this thing. I tried to control or monitor their every move or how they interact with someone of the opposite sex. I’m allowin my partner, person whatever the freedom to do what they want. But tht Freedom doesn’t mean I sit around and allow myself to be disrespected or walked all over. The free is jst for them to live their lives how they choose or so please. I also choose to do the same. Tht my mind, body and soul is free from this other person. Everything they do doesn’t have to affect how I feel about me. I want to enjoy going out with my friends and having a life of my own. Doing my own things and enjoying my own space etc.,, I recently broke up with someone because the focus was so on what I wasn’t doing. I was also so hellbend on what I wasn’t receiving. I wanted to go out and have fun. He wanted to complained about me not reciprocatin. Ex thing like phone calls etc., I didn’t think it was my place to be one the callin a man. Tht was his job. Until we both knew where we stand and decided to be together then maybe I can start to get more involved. I wanted to be pursue and be sure but it didnt register tht way. It’s such a sucka thing when two ppl are coming together to extract happiness from the other person. So I’ve made a decision to be happy with myself and deal with my insecurities because the next relationship I go into, I want to be the best version of myself and meet the best version of tht person. And it comes from understanding things like this

Indeed...keep doing it... .now I am.on high and I can't explain it...nothing has changed in my life but my vibration definitely has...the synchronicities are something else ( i def know, what I have in the vortex is on time to manifest). I feel so different and loving every minute of it. I also slept with affirmation videos playing the whole night... sometime during the morning or something, the belief of that just clicked ...source vibration took over!
