I created an account to thank you for this video. I learned to this everyday, every. Single. Morning, for several months. It helped me through one of the most challenging years. I still listen to it on occasion. Love this. Thank you and blessings to you. All ways.

I was creating in my kitchen on the floor, sticking four sheets of paper together and scraps of old work and sloshing paint and ink and listening to this and I was so relaxed and absorbed and I know what I have done or something has done through me is good and I realise the power is now....thank you so much for this...my grid is filling in....every second. and I am so grateful.

My appreciation for this is beyond words, my appreciation for the one who loved so deeply that thet shared this beautiful video with all of us is infinite,
