That's a MUST remember! Matches what they call "the Golden Rule.".. In just a more modernly understood way to the extent necessary.. So it doesn't just be minimally assumed by people as just "treating people" or being nice.. As it reads "Do"..good stuff.

I would LOVE to know what I can do in such situations! exactly! sometimes it feels like one awful thing after another...so for example, one bad thing happens, and then another and another - why is that? how can I stop this momentum from building up and after the day seems to already be going bad? I cannot stop time, or go back in the past to 'undo' everything. Thank you so much!

I know exactly what you mean! We have to find the next best feeling thought & just totally focus on that for 17 seconds, and then keep trying for better feeling thoughts that aren't in the past. Eventually we will be in the vortex and the bad things will stop happening. Easier to tell someone how but I'm going to do this. Just remember to keep doing this all day until things start getting better ❤

I would love to ask your thoughts opinion on something - how do you get out of this bad feeling place and negative emotions, when you feel like a day is just not going well and you feel emotionally SO out of alignment? how do i ever get to that good feeling place when i just feel like the momentum keeps going in the opposite direction?

@@sheeliekittie9298 like Abraham said it the video, you start to just think and build that positive momentum. Surely in those moments when it feels like all is going wrong, you are breathing, blinking, and functioning good enough to live and that is a great thing. There’s always an opportunity for things to get better, but if we focus on that past thing that just went wrong, that’s what’s gonna come up next ahead. Especially if you have the momentum built a strongly with emotions and over a long period of time. Remember change is inevitable, keep in your mind the positive changes that are coming up ahead of you just give it a chance and let go. Hope this helps!
