Just listening to this now and this resonated 100% especially the last third of it. As someone who went through a bad breakup last year, the only thing you can do is look after yourself and live in the now. Come to some sort of understanding of your new reality. In the beginning it's so difficult because you're so focused on the other person, especially when you want them to come back. It's a process for sure but you need to be focus on yourself and appreciate all the good things you currently have in your life. You need to remember what you used to do outside of that relationship, surround yourself with positive people and meditate on good thoughts everyday. If you do this, it is guaranteed your life will change into something beautiful. You were taken out of a particular situation to be put into an even better one. As someone who is very controlled it is very difficult to let go and let this process called life happen but if you go with the flow you will see the beautiful things you already have and keep building on that When you feel yourself going backwards remember to "calibrate". Life happens for you not to you. Good luck in your journey.

It's such garbage to listen to. Oh... It's in the magical invisible vortex. Where is the good times. The nice stuff. I've listened to you for years and what you said 20 years ago, is suicide was the way out of bad feelings. This is ridiculous. Sick of things not working. Ppl need homes. Ppl need food. Ppl need family. Ppll need love. How is the world falling apart so badly?!
