@@Jerinfranciz initially started my process for Quebec migration with academic ielts where I had less score for reading (band 5.5). The counselor at that time conveyed I am eligible for PNP's if I score overall 6.5 for general IELTS and I scored little above that but now that counselor left the job and various other counsellors took up my profile in between. Currently they are saying no one from REG will pitch in with the above said. No proper tracking of profile is happening, every time I call new counsellors are picking up the call. Frustrated on this I asked for a refund , as no one is doing anything, but they are reluctant to do the refund. Nobody calls, even if they promise to call back on any of our concerns. I personally have no intentions to degrade them, but they are talking as if I am a fraud now when questioned on the promises and confirmation people from REG made who have left the job now

@@Jerinfranciz in conclusion , they shared wrong information to make me register for Canada migration . Now when I tell them the things already conveyed to make me register, they are telling me they won't ever tell 6.5 is enough to apply for PNP's.
