My original percussion exam video submission date deadline is Jan 27. I have already tried to access ABRSM website to extend the date of submission but cannot success! I would like to know are there any extend time frame limitation ?

if my son has middle name, and the ABRSM online registration form only has blanks to input first and last name, how should I enter the middle name for him? also input in the first name's blank? thanks
