I absolutely loved this for today. Everytime I have a "down" morning (when I don't feel energized enough to do a workout), it just so happens you guys upload a new video around the same time & of course I have to do it! my kids did a lot of this with me.
Hi guys, I've been watching your workouts for some time. I'm not young anymore. Maybe in my mind set, but physically, not so much. So it really helps that I can do this. Thank you.
Loved this. I would wouldn't mind something similar but longer! I am just getting over a cold so this was really perfect for me today. Thank you so much for all you do for us. LOVE YOU GUYS and recommend your channel to people all the time! Keep it up
I REALLY enjoyed this one! I have very busy Mondays. On my feet all day. Defying gravity with HIIT or weights seems cruel to my spent body. This is just enough work and stretch to relieve stress and keep some burn going. Thanks Daniel! This may become my Monday ritual!
Today is my rest day, but I always feel guilty for not doing at least something. This perfectly fit the bill--limbered me up, burned in a good way, but I'm not exhausted. Thank you!
I did this today, after a very stressful day. It was so soothing (and challenging!). Thank you Daniel for such a great video. Much needed these days. Much love from France !
Talk about perfect timing. I have spent the weekend nursing the company cold and have been so frustrated that being sick has interrupted my workout routine. This workout was just what I needed. All the movements were nice and fluid and they allowed my body to stretch out. I will definitely be revisiting this workout on my rest days. Thank you again FB. #workoutcomplete

+FitnessBlender I really have noticed improvement with including Pilates in my fitness plan. I would like to see an intermediate Pilates routine if you don't mind. :)
I have shoulder and knee injuries which means I have to stay away from HIIT, even jogging. You guys saved me with your fab series of Pilates training, love and thanks a looooot!!!!
I loved it! It was great for doing in the morning since it wasn't too long (but still long enough to get something out of it) and didn't need an extra warm up and cool down 😄
This was perfect! I had knee surgery in November releasing a tight IT band that has been a serious issue for four years and this was the best workout I've done. A good burn without any negative pain and also perfect for trying to strengthen the IT band back up. Thank you! I'd love to see more.
You guys are the best, thanks. Not many workouts work for me, but yours are great and I can really see the difference from working out with you. Thanks a lot and keep going you're the best.
I just completed this routine after long but lazy day, cold outside, did not wanted to sleep yet, so I have decided to search one of your work-outs and this came out. Love your and Kelly's videos.
Oh, more like these please! You have the best core routines on RU-vid. Thanks kindly!! Please consider an endurance one utilizing Barbell/landmine? Cheers!!
yessss! LOVED THIS! I had to take two weeks off of working out, thanks to the lovely bug that is going around. This was PERFECT to get back into working out! This literally felt like 15 minutes to me, I'd love longer pilates videos:) What you guys do is amazing. You make me excited to work out. Thanks so much for another great video!
THANK YOU for the great workouts!!! I had to do this Pilates one today after the extreme five day challenge!!! Thank you for keeping these free. They are awesome!!!!
Loved this workout as well as all of your other videos! I'm looking for more low impact workouts at the moment and these are perfect for those days when you still want to get moving and do some kind of exercise. Thank you so much!!
I gave this a try thinking I'll only get through half of the video since it's been a year or so since I've worked out, but I got through the whole video😄 thank you guys. Please make more of these🙏
+Hailey Silver Sure! Make sure to use the search tool @ www.fitnessblender.com/videos and try searching for level 1-3 out of 5 for more beginner friendly routines. The "low impact" category has a lot of beginner routines, too :)
Thank you for this wonderful workout. Would love another that is more on the intermediate side and a tad bit longer. You guys are my go to for Pilates. There are not any classes offered in my are :-(
Great workout! Perfect length for me if I don't have an extra 15 minutes to warmup/cool down. However, I have a problem doing the pilates saw. I'm so inflexible in the straddle position that it is physically painful just to sit with a straight back, let alone have any range of motion. If you could include some tips for inflexible people when you do that exercise, that would be great!
I really struggled to keep my back on the ground for these kind of exercises but now I am getting hang of it. Keep more Pilates videos coming. :) Also if you could say inhale exhale throughout the movement, that would be great! Maybe do a voiceover for that. I kinda forget when to inhale and when to exhale and I am guessing that is an important part of Pilates.
omg that was amazing, do you have a longer one for this? i was wondering if you can add static planks too in this routine i think that would be amazing..!! i thoroughly enjoyed this one, so relaxing yet you could really feel the muscles burn!! Thank you!!
+confused soul Practice, practice, practice! I did pilates for two years before I started Fitnessblender and I could never manage all three. My teachers were condescending when I asked for help, so I just pretended I could do it and half-***ed my way through class. I'm one of those people that has a really hard time breathing, but I can proudly say that after a year of FB videos, I could do all three! Just keep trying, don't give up. You'll get there. And after two years, my tummy naturally tucks in and tightens on its own! It's crazy, it throws me off guard all of the time when I realize I'm doing it without even thinking. Your body will train to do what you ask of it eventually, just keep it up! Pilates is wonderful for your core, FB is good for every inch of it! :)
+Brookelynne thanx for a motivating reply. i'll try to keep up.. actually right now I'm totally demotivated and not doing any kind of work out.. may i also catch up n keep going.
Just do whatever you can get yourself to do, that's the key to sticking to working out in my opinion. As long as you're doing something (and being safe/with good form), thats all that matters. Even if it's just 10 minutes, just get your body moving in some way. Sometimes I don't feel like working out, so I just do whatever I enjoy the most. For me that's strength training with no cardio and yoga. Just find what works for you and do it. Don't do it for the body, do it for your health and it's a lot easier to stick to.
thanx a lot for motivating.. i should better get going .. yup what scares me the most is cardio .. i hate it.. and when i just get out of routine n do yoga or strengthening by omitting cardio i feel i just am not doing anything.. but yes u r right.. something is better than nothing and i should get started again :)
Daniel, I never noticed how nice your legs are. Also nice workout. This was perfect for a slow intro back into working out. I really needed to dethaw my muscles after far too long of a break.
Definitely an awesome work out. I'm about 60-70 pounds of where I want/should be and I often push too hard during work outs so that I am so sore the next few days and can't keep up. this time, when I felt the top of the 3-5 burn of any move, I took a 5-8 second break and then kept going because I'm terrible at telling when I am doing too much. Great cool down, definitely stretched some places I never reach. Also, even though I use your site more than youtube for the work outs, I will sub anyway, because you guys are fucking awesome, seriously.
Finally I found out work out that suits me, because i never worked out before. The only thing hat was hard is poking the ceiling with my feet exercise, I had cramps on my clutch and knees hurt.
I just did this workout, I used ankle weights to make it a little more intense! Maybe do different versions of table top leg raises? And some different types of ab exercises, other than that this was a great workout!
really enjoyed this routine:) rly made me relax and at the same time feel like i've made some effort in building lean muscles, wouldnt mind if it was longer:)
Can you guys maybe do a 5 day pilates session for beginners/ intermediate. I enjoyed your other 5 day session but am looking at more gentle routines like pilates now for my body. :D Thank you!
