Do it like Liverpool, lost europa league final 3 years ago..sack players who could give you good profit, promote 3-4 of your best academy players and pick good individuals from premier league mainly (like Mané from Southampton or Wijnaldum from Newcastle) and just stick with basic tactics..its not that hard even for a team like Arsenal

In my book Arsenal fans are the best fans of english football. It a difficult club to love when you got giants of europe in the same league but yet they stay loyal. It's been a long time since the club's golden days and they still go to watch every game. The last few years had been full of painful defeats (like today) but they still support the team. It was clear to me that Chelsea was stronger after watching the first 10 minutes. Arsenal lacks depth big time and frankly lots of players are sub-par for the Gunners (getting old or not good enough). This summer is going to be huge as the team needs new blood. The D needs to be overhauled (kocielny, Jenkinson, Monreal, Lichtsteiner), a couple of top midfielders and maybe a winger. Emery can do it, he'll get the players he wants for the following season. The French pundits all agree that he had a not-so-strong squad to work with. Keep the faith man.
