It is actually insane, but we need to bear in mind that pvpoke ranking is heavily tilted to baiting successfully. Origin Dialga being ranked not so high, is actually also very op.
@@sunnygames4003I don't know much about origin dialga, but doesn't the lower attack strat (compared to normal dialga) hurt it? Because Dialga was op partly because of it's BB version
I love the content, HSH is just so fun to watch and the insight into the battles is really helpful as well. Always a positive attitude and rarely any tilt unlike other gbl content creators I know. I would really like to see something done with the right side of the screen though, maybe potential team alternatives, like metagross instead of solgaleo in case someone only has two of the pieces to run and would like to see an alternative, possibly shielding scenarios with both active mons, could even go with top threats to the team and common pokemon that get shut down. There's definitely room to get creative.
Or perhaps they will do something similar to Rayquaza and debut their respective Admant and Lustrus orbs to change their forms and give signature attacks, woulf be cool if we can one day get the Griesus orb to change between Giratina forms so this way here the other 98% Altered that I do have if I don't catch an Origin that is 98% or better during this tour I can switch its forms hopefully one day
What’s the next best move to use if you don’t have special rend. I have a hundo but without the move. I really don’t wanna do Draco meteor because of the debuff but it looks like I don’t have much of a choice

If only you could transform into the origin form or teach normal forms the special moves, I have a lucky shiny 98% Palkia which is instantly useless now.
@@HomeSliceHenry Unless when palkia get special rend its stronger version of it origin version. Main series alternative palkia special rend is higher base power and higher accuracy than origin palkia. So would make lot sense it get like special rend+ instead same move than origin one. We already see that with ho-oh and lugia, tho it wont affect in pvp. Can expect anything money hungry niantic, but this time it also goes line with main series unlike those apex forms. It would somehow make sense cause they throw origin forms first with their moves. No one wanna grind after that normal forms than for xl candy. would make more sense give normal ones first with signa move (without chance of elite tm) and later give origin ones which got better stats. This smells niantic trap XD

I'm so excited to try this out. I completely lucked out and got a hundo from my second one on a remote invite. Unfortunately can't TM Spacial Rend but at least I have time to get it to best buddy
i want one of the sinnoh legends in my team for master league. currently i use gyarados melloeta and metagross. which one should i go for and which one of my pokemon should i replace for the new mon? Palkia is my favourite out of the three tho
@@ruik9530 melloeta(psyshock and thunderbolt) is a safe switch for me in case opponent has a ho-oh, groundon or kyogre in the back, so my metagross can comfortably sweep in the endgame. With metagross already on my team, I don't want to be double weak to ground..
Iove the new Palkia Origin design, it looks better than the old one but I don't like the origin form design for dialga he got the short end of the stick
Way better stats? If you equip best buddy on normal palkia, they have exactly the same matchups in the master league. Origin palkia only wins in the 2 shields against melmetal. If normal palkia gets special rend it will probably be #2 in master league. Edit: you say the origin palkia lives a psystrike alot better from mewtwo. A psystrike does 93 damage to the origin forme palkia and 97 damage to the normal palkia. Both formes of palkia win that matchup. Its a lot closer than you think. With all that said, i think its stupid that they have exactly the same moveset.
Origin palkia gets massive bulkpoints from the improved stats, including: Origin dialga, dragonite, gira a, lando, zygarde among many others The stat difference is extremely impactful

Right now both new moves are origin form-only and catch-only. They are are not tmable whatsoever regardless of form even with elite charge tms. We don't know yet when they will make the moves elite tmable to the origin forms, and if they will make them tmable to the regular forms as well
Dragon Tail is technically a better move because it has the same EPS as Dragon Breath while doing slightly more DPS, but in practice Dragon Breath is usually more useful due it being a 1-turn move.
Dialga origin will have slightly more bulk but less attack i believe, with roar of time being a draco meteor clone that doesn't debuff your attack. Dialga is still great but Palkia is better in my opinion. I unfortunately picked Dialga so i'm stuck with the slightly worse of the two. But Dialga is still going to be very strong, can't wait for the video on it!

@@HomeSliceHenry I see. I'd say it has much improved matchups due to break/bulkpoints that normal Palkia doesn't reach. Saying it has way higher stats sounds like it's a mega evolution or primal reversion, which have ~20% higher stats in the main series. Palkia's forms have the same total stats but slightly redistributed, which translates to a slight increase in Go. L51 Dialga doesn't have way higher stats than L50 Dialga, yet the matchup difference is huge because of the breakpoint. Same idea here
