!SPOILERS FOR UNDERTALE YELLOW!
My main goal when creating this mashup was to bring out what I see to be the best parts of both versions (being the extensive use of various instruments and the range of emotional tones provided in the original and the energizing riffs and exponentially bonechilling melodies presented in the remix) and I’d like to think that I achieved that goal!
And of course HUGE shoutouts to ‪@Dethraxx‬ for allowing me to make this to begin with! After hearing his amazing remix of the original song I couldn’t help myself to not make this! Go check him out at / @dethraxx !
And HUGE shoutouts to the entirety of the Undertale Yellow dev team for such an amazing playable experience with an impossibly good soundtrack to go with it as well! I haven’t had this much fun with a fanmade experience in a LONG time! 💛

Thanks! The inclusion of the scream gave me some trouble since I wasn’t able to find a ripped sound clip of it. I ended up recording in-game audio and blending it in with the rest of the song haha

Fun Fact: According to Kitsune Lore nine tails was the maximum, a Kitsune with that number of tails could be dangerous, even while they were (rarely) Benevolent, Ceroba has ten Granted, her tails in the final phase are her hair, but imagine how much a powerful Kitsune she could be, especially considering (SPOILERS) The amounts of BS she pulls in Genocide WITHOUT THE MASK (My Headcannon is she holding back in Pacifist to keep the SOUL safe)

@PenniNanaNanaBanana-Astra Also Ceroba by that time must be powered by sherr (Heh) Determination to take the SOUl, just like in Genocide conflicting ideals meet in two unstoppable forces, considering what you said no wonder (Spoilers) Ceroba could power herself with a simple paper machie mask in sheer willpower alone and this is the battle where Clover unlocks the BIG SHOT

gotta be the best boss fight i've seen from an undertale fan game, and one of the best in all the games i have played. truly a masterpiece, from the story leading up to it to the fight itself.

I love the music and the spritework. But honestly... from a design standpoint of a bullet hell game, it's really not that good of a fight IMO. Everything else is fantastic, but the patterns and mechanics are too clunky for the fight.

@@Charziken in my opinion it's supposed to be like that. ceroba basically becomes a sort of deity with the mask thing (i can't remember the name but it's in my memory somewhere). clover's basically a child armed with nothing but a revolver, a true american child. despite this, clover realistically would stand no chance, not without flowey's save and load (which is kind of cheating lmao).

@@emissary-gaming I mean story wise, yes it makes sense that Clover isn't nearly as battle hardened as a magically proficient Kitsune like Ceroba. However still strictly from a design standpoint, I genuinely think the fight is a tad clunky. Granted with the autofire option, it becomes *much* better.

I ended up burning through heals before her final phase....then had to keep at that phase starting with pretty low hp, I RAGED on that fight for a while

well i did this fight was nearly no healing items and because i didnt buy armor she was able to 3 shot me but it made the fight much more challenging to need to focus in every attack when i beat it it was so cool

Genocide Spoiler! I wish Ceroba transformed during Genocide.. Like Undyne transforming into Undyne the Undying. Ceroba refusing to give up because of chujin, kanako and her best friend Starlo, then on the final hit she would realize that death is probably good for her. Because there's no point of her living, her family and her best friend turned into dust.. At least she made an effort to save the underground Anyways, Good remix though! ❤
