This is why, as a Christian, I have told other Christians that the fear mongering they do is gross and unchristianly. Of course I think you should teach other people about the Bible, but some people seem to think that screaming about how everyone is going to hell right now and how everything is a sign from above is gonna help. Only in very few locations for specific situations. I disagree with the idea of something like the hotline in general since its entire purpose is just to make sure you don’t kill yourself. It’s not there to actually help you and it can’t help fix your life either. However, I do agree that if all someone wants is someone to talk to for a small while and the hotline provides that, then it’s not useless and does serve a positive goal.
@fatcat1414

@@shadamyandsonamylover The ultimate point of the hotline is to stall until the person is in a clearer mindset. Many, if not most people become actively and immediately suicidal in short-lived altered mind states, such as panic attacks or drug-induced episodes. Right to die or not, it's important for people to have access to things that'll help them not make the ultimate decision while in that altered state. People have the right to bodily autonomy, but it's not disrespectful to try to convince people to not get a tattoo while they're drunk. Back before the Internet, when people went into psychosis, the content of the psychosis was based on their religion. Could still be extremely violent (rarely) because most mainstream religions have at least some violent rhetoric that could be clung to. Now that we have social media and conspiracy theories they also influence people who find themselves in psychosis. That's why this new mainstream conspiracy misinformation crap is dangerous. When women become violent in psychosis it's usually extremely twisted "selfless" intent meaning they kill those they love to spare them from whatever they believe is about to happen. We've seen it over and over again thankfully it's rare. But I'm curious to know if underlying narcissism plays a role.

Not just that, but having possibly seen her mother murder a father figure (don't know if bio or not), but also _seeing her infant sibling get hit by a car and die in the middle of a freeway._ And not just that, but the psychological stress of having to mourn the person who betrayed you and tried to murder you, because the murderer was her _mom._ And being only nine, even if her mother had shown abusive tendencies before, she's still young enough for her mom to be one of the most important and loved people in her life, if not _the_ most important and loved. This little girl is going through one of the worst situations a person can go through. I pray that she has family or someone close that can take her in, and that she has every ounce of support, mental and physical health care, safety, and love that she can ever need after this. All children deserve that, but it's rare. So I hope that she does get that, because my god, she's already been through enough.

Then the crash of a Porsche which resulted in the driver dying. It wasn’t until later that night that all those things were revealed to be connected. It was very weird. Very tragic indeed. This isn’t related but the last eclipse, I think it was like 2015 or 2016. There was this girl I was talking to that believed a portal was going to open up and a demon invasion was going to happen. I had to sit her down and go over why this isn’t the case. Showing that eclipses are more common that most people think, showed eclipse history, how there was a eclipse like 4 months before then in Europe. Anyways her parents are a part of a cult and I ended up helping her escape from the cult, helped her found a boyfriend and move a state away. She’s currently married and had a baby girl late last year and from what I can tell is happy and living a healthy normal. I kinda liked her but I didn’t feel it was appropriate because I was the one helping her escape and felt like it was semi taking advantage of her in a situation way.

The problem here was mental health - not free speech, twitter, or 'conspiracy theorists'. But blaming her murderous violence on the peaceful actions of others - can easily provide the government an excuse to overstep their bounds and begin further restricting our Free Speech or Human Rights. At contrary I know people that would be pretty pissed off by hearing someone saying their daughter, niece or cousin is just so helpless that they will never recover from a situation like that.
