marta nika it seems some places in the US have tiny home villages. In Canada I’ve heard BC might have a community or a few but they seem hard to find anywhere else.

@Taylor Taylor, you are correct. My childhood home I got back at a tax auction for $1,230. Small town Bismarck Missouri 6,000+ people. It is a cabin. Got severe water damage. Must strip down to rafters. It is a cabin type place and in good shape would be around $35,000. I plan on a new foundation around the place. It will cost me $50,000. with hiring a few people to help with the heavy stuff and roof. My son does electric and plumbing is farely easy. You save big doing much your self. Best bet is go into small towns and find the day they have their tax auctions. Bismarck has theirs the last Mon. in Aug. You need ahead of time to find a property. No one bid on mine, they didn't know about it. See the places are coded, not addressed. You have to find out what is what. What places are empty or have been. I am on disability and get $783. a month, sometime $1,500. If my relatives become my health care providers, they put money into it, so that is good. You have to focus on what you want and go towards that. Try what I did. God sends people to me that I need. I put $10,000. in it cleaning the property up. I see it as a large art project. I am an artist. My place will be worth $150,000. where it is at and in another place $350,000. You have to have passion to do it. I also have to move. I am in Texas with an older son. I dread that Sept 4. I have a bedroom on Amtrak, 21 hours to get there. It will happen, but the government is another thing. Suppose to have gone there in march and then we got locked down. I need to be there before the election in Nov.

@@inspire734 you got a great deal. I have been looking at auctions on and off for years. Any that I have checked last and this year were cancelled until covid ends etc.

If it's zoned residential, no can do in NJ. Check with your town's planning board if it's a yay or a nay🌞👍🌿

@@patriciaque197 thanks Patricia!! I live in NJ now and my current home is one that didn't age well because of the amount of steps so my mom cannot really enjoy staying with me.

@@MichelMawon4982 I have 4 other siblings w 4 of us homeowners. Only 1 of us thought ahead enough to purchase a home one could retire in and hire someone to mow in our latest years - my youngest brother😄. How is it we never ponder suitability in older age when we're young? 🙃👍
