I love these delicate kinds of results, with lots of unpainted paper behind it, they just speak to me. Inspiring me to work on my own attempts at opacity and transparency.
Beautiful piece! Love the little vining's too🥰 I looked in your info but couldn't see about graphite - meaning I want to make some WC with graphite. Does it come in powder form? Do you have a brand you recommend or should I just Google it? I have charcoal powder but I don't know if that would work? Thanks for help and info. ❤️🥰❤️
I have a skillshare class on making your own graphite paint that I link below the video for you if you are on skillshare and I show you a couple different methods. Easiest way is to mix some graphite powder with your favorite tube watercolor. 😊
I discovered your channel not too long ago, and I have been binging on all of your videos ❤. You are a great teacher and I feel very inspired after watching you. Thank you!
Absolutely beautiful.....soft yet perfectly colorful. I'm going to have to deviate a little bit because I only have those lonely 6 Kuretake graphite colors 🤓
I have a class on making graphite paint on skillshare if you are on there. The easiest way is to get the graphite powder and mix a little pile of graphite powder into a little pile of paint - your favorite tube watercolor paint. Stir it in well and then put that paint into a paint pan to dry and use later.
I love it! Those little marks just elevate the piece. to the next level. Another fun and informative video. Always a pleasure to watch you create, Denise.
I can’t believe it never occurred to me to make my own graphite colors 😱😍 graphite and charcoal colors are some of my absolute FAVORITES and I always hated the lack of variety when brands do these colors-thanks for setting off a lightbulb moment, I’m so excited!
Thank you so much Denise, I really really enjoyed watching you create this amazing and beautiful abstract piece. I really really love ❤️ it too. And you make it look so easy, but, it’s not. The colour’s are incredible too. Please stay safe and well too xxx Mags ❤❤❤❤
I’m with you on beautiful art-I’ve always only been drawn to whatever my eye sees as beauty. But the coolest thing is that I’ve also noticed that the more I look at other artists’ work, the broader my view becomes, and I can see the beauty in work I might have dismissed previously. I love that! Don’t have to look far to see the beauty here today, tho. This piece is so lovely😍
