@@vzgsxr dont be rude, everyone has their own opinion, nothing's simply better here. They didn't even say anything rude about the painting You're the rude one here
*Art is never ugly because Art is what you see feel at the momment or a momment in time, Art is expressing yourself but it doenst have to be with words. Art is beautiful and I always enjoy videos of people making their Art piece, I love to read Art pieces and get lost in the world of the painting, drawing, or anything else. It makes me feel connected with so many people yet I am here sitting on my sofa watching a video it truly amazes me how much Art actually means*
@@RootinrPootine Look, im not even going to pull out the 'i'd like to see you do better' card. But instead, im here to address that art is different for everyone. How one interprets their art is completely based on emotions and personal experiences. Calling someone's work "trash" is the worst thing you could possibly do to anyone who has worked long and hard for something. But I don't think you'd care about doing such things. So instead, why not look beyond that and see what the artist is trying to tell you through their work? That's one of the fascinating things about abstract art. Try too see their thoughts and effort into making the peice. Here's the definition of abstract just incase you didn't know. "Abstract" existing in thought or as an idea but not having a physical or concrete existence. "abstract concepts such as love or beauty" Interesting and fascinating choice of words ain't it? Heck, even that deffinition is abstract in itself. But incase you can't do that. Just keep your mouth shut and just ignore others if your just going to give harsh negative comments and not "constructive critisism". Thanks for your time!😊
An education in itself! Each application of a different colour, the method of applying to the canvas and the use of tape (and the crazy arcs at the end!) displayed the genesis of simple forms to a cohesive interaction of different, but linked, themes. A bit like a symphony, I think.
See, this is the beauty of art. It can pretty much be anything and all around us. Its basically a chance to spill your creative juices and see what you can create, and to me, I love that.
I really love this!! Watching it come together as he kept painting more and more was incredible. I thought he was just going to start with a few stripes but then they started to overlap and he mixed in new colors. There’s a lot of visual interest. I love how he mixed the different colors and even though it’s kind of all over the place, it all fits together. This really is a modern abstract art piece and I have come to really like it
Um y'all I'm an art student....and abstract art is not easy. Things can turn into an one colour glop in 2 seconds. Concept is not easy either. So unless you're an artist, say nothing. Not gonna lie I laugh everytime someone in the comment section says "I can do that" "it requires no technique" Another point I want to add is... "Good" is a relative word...that means "good art" depends on the person who sees it...you might think this is a waste of paint, while others will pay millions for it. People are different and it's impossible for everyone to think the same. And I know y'all know that. This statement also serves the purpose that art is different for everyone so just let this guy do what he wants, it's his life and what he thinks it's fun. It's compeltely unnecessary for disrespectful folks to send hate. But this is just my opinion, you're free to disagree lol
You're an art student? Good for you, nice to see young people still interested in the art of preparing hot beverages for people and putting little leave patterns in the froth of latte's.
Random Person I agree with you! I am an aspiring artist aswell, and some people think abstract is so easy. It’s not , in fact , I love using acrylic paint but abstract with acrylics is very hard for me. This dude is really talented and on top of that, a lot of people love this kind of modern art!
I've watched a few of your videos now. And at first I thought you were one of those "abstract" artists that just throw globs of paint on a canvas and call it art (people which I dislike strongly) but I would say that you're a very strong artist who creates very satisfying artist and has a strong grasp on how to make a good piece of art with flow and focal point with good technique and skill.
@@rory4623 In fact, it's just a few people who are jealous of the success of others. We see the same behavior on many videos. Like Casey neistat, Peter McKinnon.... When you start being famous, you attract jealous people.
@@GreenDayBJAS2 No, art is about portraying a message, however, when you throw globs of paint on a canvas an call it art, you're not portraying a message, you're not doing anything, because you dont know what you're doing, there are several elements and principles of art, I listed a few to keep it simple. If you have no idea what these elements and principles are you cant get a clean message, hence the reason that people throw paint on a canvas and call it art. Because they dont actually know what they're doing. You have to portray a message and use the elements and principles to create the piece, however if you dont you should just enjoy yourself, but dont call yourself an artist because you can splatter paint onto a canvas, because anyone can do that.
the sound of the paint brush legit brought sleep tears to my eyes. The paintings also look like so much fun and I love how smoothly the colours blend... I don't get why theres so much negativity here tho
@@giodats it's more about creating the concept. I'm sure anyone can do this given exact instructions or after watching the video. But to have a complete vision, and have the creativity to work with texture, is very rare. Just like how anyone can rewrite a story they've already read; it's creating the story that takes talent.
SiergeJ I think you were kind of missing the point. Yes anyone can do it, but nobody else would have created this exact result unless they’ve seen this video. That makes it unique and in my personal opinion that makes it art. Because nobody could’ve had the exact vision this guy did. Art doesn’t have to be hard or a talent to be art. Art is a form of expressing yourself, that shouldn’t have to be studied or worked for unless that’s your personal style.
@@giodats art is literally described as a product made from different elements (paint, clay, music, whatever) to instill emotions and sensations in other people, whether the piece is created out of technical skill or imagination. Just because you dont think this is aesthetically pleasing doesn't mean it isn't art, it just means you are close minded on your view of what can be considered and appreciated as a piece of work created out of someone's imagination.
People get nonrepresentational art confused with abstract, abstract is something you can recognize in nature or in life, this is called nonrepresentational art because non of it is in everyday life. Representational is like still life and realistic also this isn't hate just most people don't know this even these artist, it's not something that is often known hope you learned something 😄😄😄 Also I loved this, I thought he was gonna overdo it but it's great 👏 Edit* feels great to learn, people know what nonrepresentational is and i now know that's it's a type of abstract art 👌👌 so good, thanks for informing me Representational. Abstract, and nonrepresentational is like abstract on crack 👌👌
I think it could still be abstract as it's appearing to show what looks like a sunrise, the red/yellow square is the sun, the blue lines on the right are the sky :) depends on interpretation though!
I wouldn't really blame the guy for mixing the two up since he's French and English probably isn't his first language. Also it is a category of abstact art, otherwise most Jackson Pollock paintings wouldn't make the cut (Which they do). So you're wrong in the sense that this video *is* about an abstract painting, but you're right that it falls into the Nonrepresentative subcategory.
In all honesty, i never did understand or like abstract art. I kept watching this however and it has changed my views on abstract art by so much. Love the piece!
@@GreenDayBJAS2 As she says, she fell in love with abstract art thanks to him when she didn't like it! So it's great! He therefore does a great service to this type of art. And all you do is criticize because you're jealous of not having any success! Jealousy is a sin!
I am currently a student at art school and I just now found your videos.. omg your peices are amazing and defidently have me ideas for future artworks Your pretty cool! Love your art
Wow, at first you think that it's all too much and it won't come together, but then the finishing product just looks amazing. Well done, hope to see more like this
Wow bravo! As a young artist myself this inspires me, i really like your colour choice and abstract art is my favourite type of art. Keep up the great work 😁
I've never been a fan of abstract art but you have just made me fall in love with it! It's stunning how long did it take you to do that??? I would love to have a go myself ❤️
@@yasmineirani8528 Yeah sometimes I just look at some disoriented painting in a waiting room and think to myself "Lmao relatable" and look back at my phone.
It’s about the relationships between contrasting colours and the different forms of line that evoke those emotions - just because the artist is not depicting something tangible, he should not be criticised.
Fernanda Martins This kind of painting is extremely hard to create and judging by your comment I’d say you haven’t attempted it. To judge the consistency, colour and dryness of the paint so as not to let them smudge/flake requires a lot of practice.
I like it!!! 😍 People see things through the lens of their own life experience. As a result, you can't expect everyone to think or feel the same way or force them to. While fundamental elements of art making does exist, not everyone knows or may value them.
I went through a phrase in my art journey thinking abstract art was stupid but now I love it . Relieves everyday stress and keep me from burning out again; plus I’ve been getting better
wait what?? it was good until he started covering the ling rectangles. like why would u do all of that work and then cover most of it with other random shapes. this disappointed me
I owe you an apology, I was sure skeptical about your piece but I watched till the end and was stunned and in awe...and inspired thank you , you have opened my eyes and introduced me to a whole new realm. Peace.
It gave me a very solar system vibe...like the background reminder of the sun and the different colours of all the planets. The white dots ofc reminded me of stars and the lines of orbits (yes ik orbits are imaginary paths it's just what I saw in my head)
